Any chance to have a look at the Z-Motor ( _[stepper_z]_ and _[tmcXXXX stepper_z]_ ) Config? 🤔 I like to print Multi Color Parts with the Wipe Tower set to _No Sparse Layers ( Beta )_ requiring extensive Z-Axis Movement but going beyond 30mm/s ( on the currently still 24V running Drivers ) produces a *_GNARLY™_* sound with my Configs 🤨
I'm not either, but in this case, I can see how it would be way better. Quieter on fast z travel to pick up new heads and way quicker. Would shave a significant amount of time off of a print.
The z-axis sound made by the motor(s) is incredible, music to my ears
Amazing
this is wild! Props to you!
that is really cool man
Could you give a link to the project?
And what is the toolhead and extruder?
Neat!

Is tool changing stable and consistent or have you experienced any issues?
Not a huge fan of the gantry on z but this is super cool
That’s just how corona work
