I know this is a TV show but this is how situations like this should be handled. It was clear that the boy was in shock leading one to believe that the firearm being discharged was an accident and the kid had no intention off hurting anyone and was either un-aware the firearm was loaded or un-aware it was real and the massive response by police, whilst necessary, only causes further issues as it scares people leading people to think they are acting in self defence. Police need to recognize when people are in shock and act accordingly.....if police can be trained to follow leads and put a picture together for a criminal case then they can be trained to identify shock and put the dots together in situations like this.

Alcohol are 3 simple fact of falling into bad society and so avoid living in this country and move to middle east. First of all you get this everywhere and alcohol is only one of the factors of the issues in poor areas around the world. Second no where is perfect and yes there is the issues that poor families it the worse of it all because of greedy politicians. Third the middle east isn’t as perfect as you make it out to be. Middle East and North Africa. The Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region has been the central locus of most of the world's violent extremism and conflict over the last several decades. Fourth if that offends you then I am sorry but how about you don’t offend first as England is on the list of lowest countries with gun violence. We got knife crimes yes which has gone down in recent years but our gun laws are better than some places. Fifth I know there was a recent reported incident regarding a man with a machete in London underground, but that has nothing to do with the poor. Sixth you want to blame something or someone for all these issues, blame the greedy people in government those politicians who think they can treat us poor people as if they’re trash. Not caring we’re suffering.

Tony Blair blame saddam over having the weapon of mass destruction. Chemical weapon which provided to saddam has had link with USA and uk supporting saddam during Iran Iraq war. And did blame Saddam over having those weapon of my destruction however, he did not have them, but they did attack poor country killed lots of innocent and kids and pregnant woman, and got away with it in a real court. Tony Blair disarmed the Libya and Shaikh hand with Gaddafi and promised him in case of invasion against Libyan government. The British government will help him to survive, but what happened the British government was the main one who planned to destroy Libya, after shaking hand with them, and releasing the Lockary bomber.
