I used to be a big supporter of the weighted pull ups. But I found progressing and loading it up to take a lot of effort for me. Especially once you get to past 45 pounds. I found that I was cheating a little bit at the top. I replaced it with hammer strength iso lateral high row and its been great!
Thank you! I am on it, just waiting for the right way to put it out. I want it to be comprehensive. In the meantime, I will share example days of my workouts (like at the end of this video)🏆
@@iWannaBurnFat ...and let our people know that for lower/back pain they may be better if they look into the Pallof Press in different axis', rotation extension, flexion axis. Doing wonders for me thank God. ;)
Even those who don't suffer a lower back pain, it will make them more resilient God willing, and make their other vert and horizontal pulls better thus more hypertrophy. Best wishes.
Sorry for the multipart messanging, came back from training, overextending causes mental lag :) Strengthening multifidus is primal to getting all the other upper layers stronger and bigger. LIIIIIIFFFFFTTT !!!
For you new lifters out there, most of what this guy says in his video is based. Only his take on pull-overs are ridiculous, don't sleep on them especially the machine pull-over. Just make sure to flare your elbows to activate the lats, which they didn't do in that study.
The T-Bar Row would go with the Barbell Row! A great exercise. S-tier if you use a shoulder-width or wide-grip. If your gym only has the small V-Grip for the T-Bar Row, I would place it in the A-tier. The narrow V-Grip limits your range of motion a bit.

I get your point about the effort it takes loading up the movement. Hammer Strength High Rows are a great alternative!
