I went from like 210lb to 190lb & lost fat around waist & my abs looked great but I lost so much upper body muscle it looked sickly to me. Now Im back to 201-205lb and am frustrated my abs don’t look as good. The struggle is real.
I see, you shouldn't be losing that much muscle as you drop body fat. I'll look into making a video on how to lose fat without losing muscle. The video I published today on my channel will provide useful insights as well!

I have no idea what’s my body fat! I used to be down 160! I did a lot of running! I needed hip replacement! I gained my weight I’m around 190 I do fasting someday’s! Like yesterday and I’m doing a 24 HR’s today! I usually eat OmAD or two meals a day! I lift weights everyday! With push-ups! Yes we’re going to to the beach in August! U just turned 56! 1. There are so much trends popular like keto , IF and carnivore diets even i have seen some channels where doctors claim that fruits are the unhealthiest thing we have been eating for decads
2. please burst all these schools are they right or not I have also lost 56 kg went from 126 kg to 70 kg i am right now but i am missing fruits like i followed all these diets plus intermittent fasting as i know these are not sustainable cannot be continued for the rest of life please enlighten us.
3. Please make a detailed video on how volume and low calories meals i have read a research paper your brain is the first observe your food and if you brains observes low in volume it transfers signal to your gut that less food is coming so slow your metabolism please make a detail video on these topics i will be thankful
