Love the sled content in the summer, just finished up building my 2014 m8s engine with a fresh balanced crankshaft, slp stage 3 ported cylinders and head work, full exaust, tuner, ect.
Sick I just put my 08 m1 together with a eBay crank lol speed works full pipe and stage 5 fuel commander with injectors and team black cat racing power valve delete kit just waiting on a oil pump control rod
I have the exact same vice as you but i was doing my yamaha quad Bushings and wheel bearings and i was beating on the stuck bushing and i broke the vice in half.just snapped it lol
Having owned an '94 King Cat with a high comp head and twin pipes, jetting is quite a challenge if you have much elevation change in your rides. I'd bog at 8500' and melt down at 6,800'. Maybe you'll have better luck with FI. I have a smaller/lighter and probably louder silencer sitting around if you want it.
Pull the domes and check the backside rk tek domes should have a code on them and Kelsey at rk tek will tell you if they are high compression domes or not you may have a big bore with high compression domes
But is it a (turd 800 A/C ) or an actual 700 big bored to a 800 with GOOD POWer ? , as you and I know 180 IS NOT “reliably” attainable with a STK A/C 800 engine , without forced air induction … key word ‘Reliably’. P.S. Love the clips !
Well, how neat is that?

The m7 is exactly what I thought it was! A big bored m7. Heck ya bud! Super sweet unit
That intro is FIRE. I mean the rest of the videos are spot on too. Just need some of that white stuff back on the ground and yeehaw.
I still think the M series were the most beautiful looking sleds ever made. If u get the M7 up to snuff it’s going to be a blast to ride.
Right on man love these videos
Your looking more and more like he-man with that hair. Lol.
Really enjoy these summer videos, thanks for taking the time to put these together - Cheers from Québec 👍
Ok I’m in love great video keep them coming
Great video as always matt
Good ol rk tek built cat! Love it. Kelsey’s products worked well with the old zuke motors. Boondocker boxes back then were kind of a bitch to tune.
Back in the day M7s with a set of jaws twins were damn tough to beat

Yes F 7 was the snow cross racer. Very narrow track. Have 1
Back in the day. Update to the snow cross. Diamond drive. I have over 3500 miles on a diamond drive with turbo.
I think its close to keywest.,or keylargo, Florida area.,or bay city, Florida
If you want an Exciter 2, I would highly recommend holding out till you find a 93 SX. Wicked sled. If you don't know about them do some research.
Those are cool. But it's gotta be an exciter 🤙
It is 1993 exciter 2sx
I have a half acre of phazers and some exciters.
Over 50% are complete sleds.
Montana
I'm a skidoo guy to heart but those sleds are fast, the 1000 with a tuner on it is crazy, weak chassis but those motors are nuts
I’m about to find out this winter lol stage 5 fuel commander with the speed works full sys 08m1
There’s no cage on the planetary gears. Just a set of brass fingers holding the outside gears.
😂 @4:31secons.. ya got that look lol

Check pompano, Florida to.
Sea-Doo & more there to man.

Thanks 🤙
Kids 4000 went out this year. Still haven't taken it apart but going to do a leak down test to confirm a seal didn't go out.
love the intro music
I’ve missed the intro music so much lol
I know of a exciter 2 in Michigan not sure if my dad would part with it.😂
I know. If I had one
No.I won't. 😅
Great video 😎👍
Ha ha 7’s ran a chaincase. Some years
You should get a sick 04 sno pro 440 chassis then throw a 1000 twin in her with a 154" 2.5inch paddle!
Put that rktek 800 in your white sled.
Swap the 800 big bore with a m1000 big bore

Tf you talking about dude those suzukis can handle alot

Pulling the motor might make things easier.
