SPICY MACKEREL DIP (Jeow Pa Too)
INGREDIENTS:
1 pkg steamed mackerel (Asian Best Brand)
Thai chili, heat level up to you
2 medium shallot, sliced
10 small garlic cloves
1 stalk green onion, chopped
1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp culantro, chopped
2 tbsp fish sauce (3 crab brand)
1 tsp Msg
Vegetable oil for frying
Serve with sticky rice or jasmine rice, fresh and steamed vegetables.
