हमारी सोसायटी वर्ष 2012 में रजिस्टर हुई, परंतु किसी को भी शेयर सर्टिफिकेट नहीं दिया गया था। हमें अब शेयर सर्टिफिकेट इश्यू करना है, तो शेयर सर्टिफिकेट पर ट्रांसफर डेट और अलॉटमेंट डेट कौनसा डाले क्योंकि 2012 के बाद बहुत सारे फ्लैट सेल हुए है। क्या हम डेट ऑफ रजिस्ट्रेशन को ट्रांसफर डेट में डाल सकते है? कृपया मार्गदर्शन करें
Aapne agar ab tak share certificate issue nahi kiya to pehle to aapko iska legal advice Lena chahiye ki isko aap AGM me kaise dikhayenge. Kyoki aapko ye AGM me approve karwake lena padega. Secondly aapko share certificate starting se jo members the waha se Dena padega. Jisne builder se flat purchase Kiya waha se entry dalkar fir transfer dikhane hoge. Aap ek baar writing me legal advice lijiye fir aage proceed kare. Thanks
