1. Agenda copy before AGM sent to Dy. Registrar, is it mandatory to send copy of minutes also?
2. To whom draft minutes of AGM are required to be forwarded, to all members or to managing committee members?

२० मेंबर की सोसायटी मे ऑडीट फी कितना रहता है और ऑडीटरको अकाउंट रायटींग चार्जेस भी देना होता है क्या?

Agar accounts ko final karte hai to kuchh remuneration lete hai. Baki audit fees per jo Government se decide hua hai utna dena hai. E.g. Mumbai me audit fees Rs. 100 per flat hai.

Dono flat k first owner ka naam same hai kya? Agar ek me husband aur ek me wife ka naam 1st hai to 2 alag vote ho jayenge.
