Mam. Person x is second owner. Share certificate is issued on the name of person x as a first owner. Person x baught property from person y. Person Y is son of builder. Now the main problem is that person Y's name is not mentioned on that Share certificate by builders. Now builders and his son person Y are dead. This query is created by bank during home loan process. Please help me regarding this matter. The chairman of society also not supporting. And I am third party who is going to purchase that property.from person X.

पुराने शेयर certificate में गलती सुधरनेके बाद जब नया सर्टिफिकेट दिया जाएगा,उसमे issue date कोनसी डाले? पुराने वाली या जब नया दिया तभी की?

Ye first committee meeting me discuss hona jaruri hai. Agar ek hi share certificate waise bana hai to aap MC meeting me resolution pass karwa sakte hai. Lekin saare ek jaise hi galat hai to general body meeting me discuss karna padega

aapko FIR karna padta hai. Aur society ko request letter dena padta hai, duplicate share certificate issue karne k liye. Society saare documents verify karke duplicate share certificate issue karta hai.
