I misspoke about the Mighty Armory sizing Die. I double check and reached out to the Owner Wayne. It is NOT a carbide sizing die. This is what he said about the die "440C stainless steel at 60 Rockwell hardness. We tried carbide, breakaway filings will still stick on the bore. No benefit with full length pistol sizing dies. Dies are better using the stainless steel. Won’t loosen, won’t crack. Much stronger than an insert."
Great video my friend...add the Mighty Armory expander and crimp die to your 9mm set to get perfect ammo...they work insane well together and will virtually eliminate the issue you had with the single 9mm you had using MA.
Biggest benefit for me with the MA size die is .380's are too small and I'll never load another .380 by mistake. Add that to the perfect rounds I get from the MA die vs. the Dillon die I had been using in the past. I do have to ensure I have .356 projectiles to get proper neck tension.
I had used the Gen 1 version of the 9mm TNT sizing die. I had problems with bullet pushback on with FMJ bullets on my finished rounds. Talked to MA and could not resolve the issue. Are you getting any bullet pushback on fmj rounds with your die?
I think Reddings "Pro" 9mm carbide sizing die is one of the best if you want a carbide die. It has dual carbide rings to size 9mm brass all the way down. 9mm is a tapered case so this is very hard to do with just a 1 pc ring, I think its almost impossible. You may wanna check them out if you really want to size all your cases all the way down and U must have the rounds fit your ammo checker every time and want carbide. I think its worth paying Redding's price for this kind of quality myself. I think Fortunecookie45LC did a video on them as well.

The Lyman pin assembly will not come apart and took 3 weeks to get the part!! I’ll try the Mighty Armory die probably faster to get than another part from Lyman!!
Have you tried seating the bullet a little deeper because the ogive is different on every round the ogive could be the reason it's sticking in your case gauge

Interesting, I have this same Lyman die set and I don’t have any of the issues or bulges in my loaded 9mm ammo 🤷🏻♂️

What you have shown is how you adjusted the dies?
The might armory die does not have a carbide insert. Is hardened steel.
The small (0.57) is necessary when reloading 357 SIG

I have had issues with that in the past when I was loading 147g bullets. but using the Xtreme 124g has been very consistent.
Learned that about using RMR 147g bullets vs Berrys or Xtreme bullets in an AR had to seat them deeper , good info here 🤘🏾

You should rollsize your cases, I'm running a rollsizer and have a failure rate 1/500 or better, this for 9mm.
