ALL premiers who opposed carbon tax hike should follow Scott Moe and teach a lesson to the wacko Prime Minister and his wacko policies.
Home heating is a basic right and the wacko Prime Minister has to tell Canadians what alternative he has for home heating other than what we have today.

Saskatchewan is in a unique position due to all sales of natural gas are through a crown corporation. Other provinces would have to ask private corporations to break the law and that in itself would be unethical. So Saskatchewan will be the province to take on this battle and to be honest Moe would love this to go to court because the courts would have to rule the Carbon Tax is being unfairly applied across the country and that ruling could force the feds to have to abandon part of or even the whole tax.

I thought it was a "carbon charge" which is why we get taxed hst on top of it, and since its "not a tax" CRA really doesnt jave jurisdiction to collect
