I need the wall mount that the attachment threads into. My pool does not have this mount and I cannot put a fountain that I bought into the pool without the device. Do you know where I can buy one. The pool supply I went to said they don't know where I could get one.
Mine came with the attachment in the box and worked perfectly. If yours is different then you can buy an attachment in the plumbing’s section at Lowe’s or Home Depot.
A little late but just installed our fountain but when I close the valve to adjust the spray it starts leaking from the outside of where I installed the fountain. Is this normal?

Sadly, it does not fit the inlet in our Bestway above ground pool. Looking for an adapter.
That’s so weird. Ours is also a Bestway pool. Not sure why your discharge is different than mine?
My husband went to Home Depot & found a fitting to make it work.

How exactly did you turn it on? I tried to install this and can't get water to come out
