Water Exercises with Aqua Noodles: Cardio

  • Do you love water and want to try incorporating cardio exercises with water resistance? Please watch my videos, get inspired, and try doing all of these for 30-60 minutes! Use aqua noodles to increase the resistance and burn more calories.
    With aqua workout you can burn anywhere from 400-500 calories...just make sure you are actually doing these exercises, not only watch them ;-)

    Thank you again for another great workout! I definitely felt yesterday’s exercise which felt so good! I ordered some bands today so I can incorporate other exercises as well! You and I on my weight loss journey is the best! So excited I found you!

      There really is no way to spot reduce fat. Try to focus on overall fat loss and it should help.
