Have you ever attended an Independence Day parade in Trinidad and Tobago? If so, how did this one compare with the others you saw? If this is the first time you saw the parade please feel free to give your comments here in my UA-cam Channel after reading the description.
I was there. It was the first parade i been to since my dad passed in 2019. The parade was out tradition for years and i was just glad to see it happen again .

Great video and happy 60th birthday Trinbago!! I'm sorry that I couldn't come to the parade this year. Hopefully next year I'll go! It'll be interesting to see military type planes such as the C-130s and C-17s with military personnel jumping out of these planes. The crowd will go wild for sure.!!
Licia, thanks for your input. Unfortunately, T&T does not have C-130s and C-17s nor an airborne crew to parachute down although I am sure someone could do at least that but they would have to be attached to the military.
Glad to see you got some footage of us rollerskaters...we just wanted to be able to skate the nations roads and to give rollerskating/rollerblading/skateboarding in Trinidad. And the guy on the "tricycle" is Micheal Phillips
Miquela, thanks for your input and giving me the name of the guy on the rickshaw, is what I should have actually called it. I think your section of the parade was a highlight and was looking for more tricks from the participants but there were too many people crowding. If you guys have a cause let me know, i would be happy to broadcast it... for instance: ua-cam.com/video/FVO_Bd3905I/v-deo.html Please let others know so they can see the parade from this angle and possibly Subscribe for free. 😉
Very nice march. Interesting that there is a lot of military elements to Trinidad when it comes to independence day but I do wonder how the military will be like in a real setting of war.

👍
Bro that's not cost gard it is the air gard
Ever, I believe you are trying to say the plane is part of the T&T Air Guard?
The crowd really gets into the independence parade with lots of shouting and cheering. Is it always like this or just this year?
I believe that is how Trinis react to such events.
it is always like that.
