That might be the greatest save I have ever seen!
Great save bud. Nice touch n go 👍🏻
@@smokeymountainrctravisThompson Yes we were sweating out there omg
Awesome save!! All i can say is safe select can come in handy when flying this particular model lol
@@williewideback personally I want everything to have safe it's kind of expensive so lesser birds I can tend to leave it off or just use a basic receiver but I'd rather have it on everything Rather have it and not need it than to need it and not have it
Great save...😱 You were very lucky your plane didn't crash. I think that at the beginning, your plane appeared to be nose-heavy.
Men, that plane has air brakes. You should start using them to slow your approaches down. You are coming in too fast on landings. That’s not right. If you keep doing that, your beautiful jet won’t last long. Practice your approaches until you can master them before attempting acrobatics.
I’m still in the process of putting my 6S version together, and I’m planning on copying my Eflite F-16 Thunderbirds 80mm setup including flaperons and reverse thrust on this one...
Talking about reverse thrust, I know that it is sometimes confusing having to go full throttle after you land. Some people destroy their planes after pulling a beautiful landing because they think that they had enabled reverse thrust, but the reverse thrust switch wasn’t engaged, causing the plane to go full blast forward, causing a crash while on the ground.
For that reason, I created this video to show other pilots how to program full reverse thrust on a designated switch without having to move the throttle stick at all... Here's the link for that video...I hope that you can find some value in it...

Thumbs-up for your video 👍🏾 Have a great rest of your day 😁 Greetings from Douglas, Arizona 😁👍🏾👍🏾🌵🌵🇵🇷

Thanks for watching and the coments the plane is not mine. I do want to set up the flaperons on it as well as a simple mix from throttle to a 3 position switch.
I will definitely take a look at your video as soon as I get off work and have some quiet time to pay attention
Can you please share how you placed your eight as batteries in the cockpit? I just want to see how does it fit
Excellent! I picked one up last week, ended up adding an Assan Gyro, as I still dont trust the AS3X plus gyro Love the plane and AS3X overall.
@@notoo7 Hey thanks for watching and the comments I really love the AS3X+ I really feel like it's the best Ive used,
What's your cg on the last flight? What a save btw woww
@@feelgooddany We actually have the battery as far aft as it can go but we are considering modifying the canopy and pushing that control board out of the way to get even more aft on the batteries
How do you trim the plane when he never leveled it out lol. 😂
@@braddarnell2498 Yes the pilot doesn't madman he tends to go crazy with planes thus explaining the crash after only a few flights he had to go one inch off the ground upside down down the runway lol
I’ve never seen a motion rc EDF needing that much trim. ! Whoever screwed it together do you do mechanical adjustments on trim first ? Or just take your chances and rely on the radio. ?
@@victormontalbano4993 That plane comes with the wings and control horns completely set up for the ailerons and that's where his most trim was needed It was completely flat before takeoff we inspected it quite in-depth because this bird set for four trips to the field before we actually flew it there was nothing on the ground we could have done to trim this prior to the maiden,
Never understood why to stand behind the plane while taking off and, why fly so far away from oneself.
@@elijahjackson1134 I film a lot of these videos and trust me flying so far away is something that I despise however when this person flew too far away it was inadvertently he had lost orientation and that thing was moving quite quickly
I'd say I understand totally about standing directly behind the bird especially when doing a maiden because if the front wheel is a bit off you want to be behind it so that you can make corrections and that is the easiest place to see what's going on if you go for my flying stand area it will be quite hard to figure out but still doable I agree with you
