I love my lemon verbena for tea, but also just putting in ice water and letting it flavor it over time. Helps me hydrate without it feeling like a chore. I want to get into more edible flowers! I have violas ans nasturtiums, but never thought of using them in tea. Thanks for the inspiration!!
Ooh pineapple sage and fruity sage with pink flowers are one of my fave herbs! I always give the leaves a rub whenever I walk past to get a whiff of the yummy scents ☺️. Have saved a screenshot of your lists for future reference. Went and bought a lemon verbena plant today too inspired by you 😄👍🏼🌱🌸🌼🌺🌻🌹🪷🪴🍃
Hi Holly, Do you use the yarrow leaves or the flowers for tea? I never thought of using it this way. By the way, i live in a hot, dusty climate too (northern Adelaide) so I do my air drying in paper bags to keep the herbs clean. I use a dehyrator for everything but herbs (just my preference).
