To be fair the game isnt very complicated, the game allows more builds than i can reasonably count, Binny even does well with just a high card build which is as simple as simple gets.

It easily could have won Joel the game if he kept pumping it. +9 multi per round if he didn't sell the rocketship. Joker order also doesn't matter for Joel's picks. The game already resolves them automatically. As evidence in the first entire hour of the stream. Just distracting and confusing poor Hoel.
You almost had a point until that last line where you also became the chatters you're complaining about. Joker order matters. You always want to put Flat Multi before X Multi to maximize how much mult is being multiplied (mult-ception, if you will) and some Jokers require being ordered correctly to get the most out of them such as Blueprint before a Hanging Chad
