  • In this video, we will go through the step-by-step process on how to replace the brake pads and rotors on 2007 Honda Odyssey EX Minivan. I would consider this a 3/10 difficulty level as everything is easily accessible. I have experience replacing a brake pads but this is my first time replacing a rotor so you are watching me doing this the first time. A friend of mine who owns a shop suggest that you replace the rotors every other brake pad replacement. This is my fourth replacement. The first 2 pads last at least 50,000 miles. The pad I am replacing now (3rd pad) is already thin and have uneven wear at 20,000 miles. I was told last time that my rotor is already thin and will soon need to be replaced but I did not listen. Recently I begin to experience vibration when braking on freeway speed down to around 40 mph so I guess the 2 brake replacement will be the max you should go before replacing the rotors. Luckily if you are doing the job yourself, it is very cheap and easy to replace.
This procedure is the same for most of the vehicle so if you have other car brand and model but have a disk rotor and brake pad you can continue watching.
The hardest part in this process is removing the rotor screws and the caliper assembly as the screws and bolt is rusted in so I have to purchase some tools to complete the job. I would suggest that you get a breaker bar and a impact screw driver to make the removal process easier. Having the right tool for the job will make this whole process a lot faster. In the end, did you find out how to remove the stand from the Koorui 27 Inch Curved QHD?

You posted on the wrong video. But yes. It is basically the reverse on putting in the base. There is a small notch that you will need to press and you will need a strong arm to pull it and press at the same time.

@diymanual thanks for the reply, I finally managed by pushing on the metallic part on the screen on both sides of the black little plastic component
