I think you could caulking the tape with self leveling Dicor as it will rolling up eventually

I didn’t use flex seal on this one, just eternabond tape and dicor. But so far it’s holding up nicely!

That flex-seal tape is expensive but it works well too

Yeah flex tape is pretty similar. But definitely pricey.
