- I love the little cotton pads to remove my makeup BUT I don't like the thought that I can not reuse them... so let's make them washable so that we can :-)
Here is the video for the quilt in the background

Great Idea - as a side note, I had my husband install an inexpensive bidet - Amazon - (no electric required - only water pressure from existing system.) I use 10" square serged flannel cloths for personal hygiene after cleansing. These are then tossed in washer from small container next to toilet (usually each day or two.) So refreshing!!!
I have a rescued mastiff with so many issues, worst is his ears, I am going to make these to clean his ears!
Thank you!
I am making little things that would not be too expensive but desireable. I have already made key chains, lanyards, etc. This little facial cleaner are perfect!!!
Lost my income so I'm looking for ideas to make Christmas special. I'll definitely be making these! Thank you
I make a square version, easy on overlocker with no waste from 2 fabrics :) cover used square tissue boxes with fancy paper or fabric to store
My Granddaughter just got a new car and she asked me if I could make coasters for here cup holders so it would keep them cleaner. :D so I did and sort of the same way you did only fabric and batting and the stuff I bought to make dish drying mats. fun!! She likes holiday stuff so the ones I started with were Halloween scraps.
Great idea. I'm going to make some this week - I have a nice size jar that I can use. I was thinking about making some kind of net bag to use when I put them in the washing machine.
Thank-you I love this idea and I have quite a few of the candle holders. Definitely making some for Christmas. Also dressing up the front of the class with vinyl.
Best one yet! Thanks for your version, very nice video!
My grannie would say waste not want not and she would recycle before the word came famous of today. nice ideas gifts and recycling is good. 👍 we always use a washcloth for makeup removing and cleansing as you need them, usually guys don’t do washcloths but we have tons of washcloths from old towels as well.
What a great idea! Thank you for this video. Very practical!😊
Great idea, Laura. You are a wonder! ❤
Laura, thanks for this great idea! I have so many old towels... and so little time to sew gnaaah! I must go... sewing... now :) . Thank you
Be a lovely stocking stuffer... and time enough to do it. Thankyou Laura, hugs, Chel🌸
Talking about reusing you can make flannel panty liners with a plastic snap, these snap over underwear. The thickness depends on the person and needs.
Love this idea!
What a great idea. Thanks!
You are so talented and creative. I always learn a lot when I watch your videos. Thanks so much for sharing. You are truly an inspiration. And I will be making some of these pads before the week is up. 😊
Thanks, someone always thinking about you I love this idea reusable makeup pads.🙏
I made some after I watched your video. I bought some bamboo ones on line with the net bag included. They were to small and fell apart as they were very porous light material not good for nail polish removing. So.. thanks for the gift ideas.
I use a cotton kitchen towel with pretty cotton fabric backing I sew around the edges 1/2 inch and pink the edges since i don't have a serger.
Great idea for my granddaughters for Christmas! Thank you for sharing!
Nice idea. I'm going to make some! Thank you for the video 😊👍💕
what a great spa package addition
LOVE this idea!! Thank you Laura!!
Great idea for gifts.
Love these, thanks Laura.
You are awesome Laura. Thank you!
Another great tutorial! Thank you for an easy and useful, reusable project!
As an aside, I love the blouse you're wearing. Did you make it?
Thank you for this! I will definitely make some. It's a great pattern! Can I ask how you wash them?
Cool idea
Good idea Laura, and money saving too. Do you drop the blade on the serger?
No I just went along the edge of it

I don’t know if my machine can sew these towels. I think I will use a thick flannel.
