Great review 🤙🏻
85 bucks!!! that's crazy for a glorified boxcutter! Still, love the reviews.
Well, it depends on your needs I suppose :) I make a great case (from my perspective) as to why it's justifiable. Thanks for watching and for the feedback!
there however is a site that has it for 65 Plus
It might be $85 bucks, but it will last the rest of your life and you’re kids
And still more useful than a $600 OTF. Shocking.
I've seen this and really liked how it looked and what it can do.
I love it... the price is totally worth it, too.
great video!
Thanks Adam!
I've never wanted a utility knife so bad since I was told by my parents I couldn't have a swiss army knife.
I bought one a couple of years ago and I LOVE it! I'm also a photographer so I use it everyday for attaching plates to cameras and stuff like that. Plus the blade is great right? However, I lost it! I missed it so much I just bought ANOTHER one. I feel better now that it's in my pocket :)
Sorry to hear that you lost it! I'd do the exact same thing... replace it immediately. Outside of my phone, it's the one thing I can't go anywhere without.
Ordered one this morning, pretty much only to use alongside my pocket knife in situations where pulling out a big folding knife isn't the best solution.
I love mine
It’s an $80 bottle opener/utility blade holder. I might keep it for the form factor. Not sure yet.
Get a screwpop and a cheap bottle opener for $15 total spend the rest on drugs
That’s cool that it has a bottle opener! 🍻
It does and it works great... never failed me!
Really dude? .... THAT'S what you're impressed about?
Does the spring mechanism of the button show any wear? Is it still as springy as before? 😁✌️
There's no spring mechanism to my knowledge, just a slide lock. I've been using the one featured in this video as my EDC since I published it and I literally use it every single day of my life. It never lets me down. It's one of those purchases that I'll never regret.
I use a Gerber EAB lite, only slightly bigger, and I carry a dime in case I need to change the blade. And, it’s about $65 less.
I bought one recently and I do not understand the insane price on this thing.
Maybe it was just mine, but it seemed the machining tolerances were a bit off, and just because its made from titanium does not make it high quality.
Changing the blade is the strangest thing, you shouldnt have to bend apart any quality tool. Ever. Especially when your fingers are millimeters away from a sharp blade.
Also why is it delivered with dull blades? Is this a kids toy? Did I miss something?
I´d recommend it, if it were 40 bucks cheaper.
Yes, you missed something - they deliberately supply it with a "safety box opener" (I guess for slicing the easiest seals safely), and they tell you to buy the razor blades separately. To me, in the UK, this is an advantage, because there are more restrictions on how actual BLADES can be sold and distributed. This helps with global markets, I assume.
@@ImperialGoldfish fuck me. Sounds like a dictatorship. You can’t buy utility blades? Next they will be legislating your likes and dislikes on UA-cam. Freedom feels great, not gonna lie.
What i the blade that come with do? It looks useless?
I have a utility Knife and I kinda want one of those but there expensive
The problem with such knife holders: each and every time you pull out and push back the blade, the sharp edge is dulled a little.
Have any thoughts on the aerocrafted sideslip? It's so minimal it doesn't have torx.
That one is new to me. Equally expensive, and even more minimalistic!
@@chris I'm going to pass but I kind of do want it as a toy. It's too neat.
I like to use these as moneyclips, just the poclet clip Is a little small
Walmart sells a clone under their Hart brand, 2 for 9 bucks
I checked it out and it looks cheap; not titanium. I'll pick it up next time I'm there (which is like once a year) to test out.
They could sell a lot more for a fraction of the price, but they refuse to make them out of a different material :(
They could sell this thing for a fraction of the price they only use like 10 bucks worth of titanium. The masalong kni215 uses more titanium and only costs 23 bucks.
$80?!?! Not an effin chance! Lmao
It's worth it... I still use it every day without fail. It's the last pocket knife I'll ever own and will last forever :)
Looks like an awesome product - the price however, leaves me out.
Fair enough! Thanks for the comment 👍
very cool edc utility knife, but on amazon canada it's 177$ WAY too pricy for me. but thanks for the video...lol
Can the blades be on any box cutter?
Any utility knife blade. These also resharpen very easily.
It's currently unavailable! 😑
I like them but after losing 2 I don't think I'll buy another
Yikes that sucks man... I still have my original (I later bought a blue one so I have 2) and it's my EDC in my pocket as a clip-on and thankfully still have both. IDK what I'd do without it.
I'm afraid it dulls the blades from just deploying it.
Not in my experience
I just got mine and it does dull the blade just by opening and closing. The one in this video seems looser and smoother slide action than mine. Maybe I need to loosen the torx bolts to reduce friction.
Even if, they are really easy to sharpen. 5 seconds is all it takes with my jewel stick. Sure Utility knives are replaceable, and that is just what I am going to do with mine if I cut some gooey shingles with it (a full size one not this thing). But normally I will resharpen, dozens of hundreds of times before I toss the blade. It is faster to sharpen than replace with most of the knives in this category.
Not for $85 😂
$45 I would order right now
I have Kershaw Launch automatic knives I have $90 into made in US with lifetime warranties

Stupidly expensive. I've got tonnes of much cheaper multi tools, swiss army knives, key chain tools, pocket knives. Absolutely ridiculous idea...
I'm still ordering one though it's gorgeous!
Too short。
$85? Ok. No thanks
Yes, pricey I agree... but it has justifiable benefits (which I cover in this video especially toward the end) from my perspective. Others share that view. However, there are certainly plenty of other options out there.
to call theses knives is silly they are box cutters never meant for any sort of medium to hard use......sold as edc to make them look cool
I've never once had someone say to me "hand me your box cutter". They always say "Hand me your knife". I get what you're saying... but it's still a knife :)
@@chris it is a razor balde not a knife...
Overpriced razor blade holder...
Exactly what it is, and exactly what I wanted :) Well, except for the price... but as I made a case for it in my video, it is worth it.
Their bit bar is really cool but the tpt tool I don't get. Looks like it will snag on things
