I used to teach people to lose accents, sound better, or sound commanding e.g if yr a girl cop you need to develop the "voice of command", which isn't real deep but comes from solar plexus not say throat or sinus. A cop who squeaks gets ignored. Most of us sound better when we bring our voice up from solar plexus (you need to be breathing deep, opening your lungs up), via vocal cords, and out. Getting some practice on a mic while you can hear your voice while you talk is great too, you get used to your voice and can try changing it a little as you go, just with good breathing. Meowmy, have you seen the channel here on UA-cam that makes cat tv just like the bird video she was watching on TV? My kitties have DVDs that are birds & squirrels that i put on if i was away from home. The channel I'm talking about uploads new videos for cats every week & they're always different so they get to see all kinds of different creatures! They have different types of fish videos, birds, bugs, etc & they even make some that resemble the games for cats that people put on tablets. It really gives them a big variation! My cats love them when i put UA-cam on my TV!
