Used to use that type of mixer in New Zealand way bck in the 60s. Not allowed to use them anymore on building sites. Has to be certified concrete from pre mix plants. Very strict on concrete mix now.

I like the way he puts the set square on the top and side given that it is angle iron and already 90 degrees. Shame he didnt put on the angle he was welding to see if it was 90 degrees. Such quality and precision.
