- In this video I wrap up the main "build out" of the tool trailer. If you are curious about ways to customize your tool storage for better organization i hope this series helps you out. There is still much to customize and add-ons to install which may be a final video with full walk thru. If interested in the packout rack my buddy Andy made me please look him up on instagram. It's always awesome to help out a small business. IG: andyglassimpressions

So Happy my Bonster Woodcraft sticker didn't get covered up in the top left corner. Lol. Looking great Kyle!!
For me, the ideas in ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxAfqpMLyFn37qcqUl0FAzqkkycQeXqrhP Plans were a starting point for building different sheds . Ryan gives ideas that allow an individual to draw nicest conclusions into the design and building of his or her own shed.
Seeing you use that M12 drill so much convinced me to buy one
The M12's have excellent battery life they say
Me too, love the 90 degree adapter
By far the best tool trailer video. You always take pride in your work and I like that you did not cut corners on your trailer. Great job.
Thank you for this video, I just started my own business doing remodeling Two years ago and I’m trying to figure out how to do something similar to my trailer. Definitely I learned a lot with your video. Thank you so much!
I really enjoy watching you work. Reminds me of the way I like to do things
Bro its alot of work man. I am so proud of you.Thsnkyou. Genuine Knowledge is a hard one to put a word on. So glad to see. Keep up the good work.
he straight up has a CNC route all this. and likely makes a killing. thats sick
............ And I thought Norm Abram had a tool for everything. Awesome fit out dude 👌🏻
Old mate’s trailer is the size of my entire workshop. Giving me some ideas of how I could reorganise.
Two words.. Ron Paulk. Guy is a mobile tool trailer legend. Lookin good
He over thinks things 🤯
I've seen his trailers and other stuff he does. I think he makes it way to complicated.
That trigger control is on point 👌🏻
8:27, those 💪🏻💪🏻 lookin swole...
Thanks for the info on Andy Glass, after looking at his Instagram, I realized he's only an hour south of me. Defiantly going to be giving him a call to get some racks ordered.
Great nice guy
That's really cool! I like the ideas thar you come up with in the tool trailer. I just operate a small Handyman Service in my hometown, but, my trailer is not set up as elaborate as what you're doing. Great job!
Surprising Design and easy building guide
Any drunk driver who sideswipes that trailer is going to get a nasty shock at the insurance bill! Sweet work - I hope it gives you many years of service for the thought you've put into it.
I wish we didnt have to decide between feeding our family or buying a piece of plywood these days lol
🤣🤣🤣
Amen
This is what a nation in decline looks like. Get used to it.
My wife wanted to go someplace expensive, so I took her to the lumberyard.

9:30 - I always set my Kreg bit stop a little shorter so I can worry less about the screw popping through the face.
It only has to work for you, Kyle. I'm left handed and I can see a few things I would change to suit, but not many and not much. A plumber's tools are a bit different, but using space wisely is the name of the game- you win! Kudos fro better carpentry then this plumber did too! I also cheated and used some big slide out drawers on the floor as bonus spaces. It made a big E350 van a little "crouchy" to get into and out of, but it gave me the space to keep the middle floor clear for materials, so I seldom needed a trailer. If I had to do it again, I might like your stand up and make it happen pattern better! The next time you insure the trailer make sure you list a value for the interior- I got hit in the rear and it trashed my floor drawers and because they weren't listed "options" I was unable to get full insurance value. @@GlassImpressions Sold my last van six years ago when I retired! But I would if I was doing another! FR
Nice job on the work Trailer.
They make pocket hole precut dowels. A pack of 50, some wood glue, and a pull saw will make for a sexy finish!
Add 4 3' caps screwed to the saw blade holder and the plastic jars 6' deep can hold nuts, washers, self bolting screws etc.
You need to check out Stealthmounts for battery storage & chargers
When the plywood in the trailer is worth more than the trailer lol. I love the pack out shelves to the point i might go buy a set.
Spent $500 on plywood
Much better organized.
God bless you and your family.
Are you taking in to consideration the fact that one good hard turn or bump and a lot of those shelves will go rolling open. I would consider some sort of brace bar to slide in to secure things on the road.
Looks good Kyle. Thanks for sharing. 👍😁
Looks really good
Enjoyed the show
Looks great!
They sell 3d printed milwaukee battery holders they are pretty cool so you can store your batteries on the wall
you should also spray all the plywood with some shellac so you can clean and wipe it off in the future
Top shelf build man! 😂
I like it a lot !!!!!! Thank you for sharing
That is incredible
Kyle how about PVC pipe to store your caulk tube like other person have done. Nice trailer build out.
Nice trailer. Great job.
Every trade is going to have different needs for their trailer. I might suggest a view of the Ron Paulk Smart Workshop.
Hi Kyle! Watched all your videos. So when can you come to Southern Idaho and build my 80' X 50' Post Frame home?
Very nice! Cool trailer!
1/2” plywood for the lower section and 3/4” plywood for the upper section?
Must have stops for every opening. While driving things move and get damaged.
I am fussy so in mine I add a few more details and creature comforts.
Need a clean area for making tea and coffee. Definitely storage for a change of clothes when it rains or you get dirty.
Add a plastic bin for muddy boots.
Add a couple folding stools for changing boots.
Somewhere a wash up station to clean up a bit before driving home.
I wait next series 🙂
@ 6:30 im curious to see your correction to the obvious problem your going to have with all the drawers sliding out and the packouts bouncing around and coming out of their recievers and landing on the floor of the trailer
Hey think about using some abs pipe for the caulking tubes
Kyle go to Menards or home Depot or Lowes and grab a PVC pipe big enough for to put all your stabela tools inside of it and you can get the PVC pipe with the treaded ends to put a cap on each end so your stabela tools won't go all out install the PVC pipe on the wall inside your trailer it will help you out.
I can't believe I got through all three
everything in the right place 💯👍👏👏👏 hi Kyle
Coming together nice man. You are gonna love it once everything has it's place. Nothing better then going in your truck/ trailer and knowing exactly where the item is you are in there for. It will change over time as you work out of it but it only get better from here. Enjoy..and happy building!
great job man. Looks good.
SWEET!!!!!!!!!!!! Kyle u the man!

I love how you guys are taking your day to day skills and applying them into this trailer build. Awesome content and just drool over this setup, love the work boys and looks very professional and nicely assembled. Very clean
things always just end up working out perfectly for you kyle😂😂
Love the build. Maybe a small vice for tool maintenance on the work top??👍
Conceptualation 🤔got it👍
Question, you where using a drill, I didn’t recognize your drill because of the unique design. Not a normal drill. Looks awesome, great work.
Just found your channel through Matt Risingers video.... Killer job you guys are doing fellas!
Thanks man
good stuff ---
If you have trouble with stuff sliding out in transport might I suggest using “tarp ball bungees” - little bungee cord loops with hard plastic balls on the end. They can be used in a number of ways to secure stuff and since the are elastic they are easy to stretch out of the way, or the ball fitting into a slot or pocket of some kind makes them easy to pop out and get completely out of the way.
Great video saludos desde Chile
custom stabila torpedo level storage!!! haha
Organization!!!!!
Sponsored by the State patrol. (Bait trailer program) 🤘😎
Good video,thanks
I think you will be surprised when you pull that trailer for a day or two. How do you keep the drawers from sliding out. I had a trailer with slanted shelves for Little Debbie and Sunbelt treats that took years to get dialed in to keep boxes on the shelves. Good luck, I hope it works. Maybe have Greg put you in the trailer and drive slow so you can see how much the trailer rocks and sways.
Rv Stay-Closed slides
I love the Packouts on drawer slides. I built the exact same thing last summer for my shop. It has been a total game-changer. And when I need to make a call outside my shop I can just stack whatever Packout cases I need to carry for that job. By the way, most of all my jobs are mainly in-shop.
I think the coby could be a slide out battery holder.
15th comment. Nice video RR.
Hey Kyle I got a question for you! When do you charge all your batteries? Specific day? or when every single one goes dead because you have a ton of batteries!
Sometimes on weekends or in the trailer on site
What we did with our work trailer was we got it to 90% completed then used it for a couple jobs so we could make the necessary changes! Guaranteed you will change something or relocate it so don’t say DONE!! We run into sites with poor accessibility and off road so if it isn’t tied down it’s laying down! To be honest our BBQ was the best thing that we invested in and extra lighting on the outside and used every inch. The other side is security, our trailer is left on site so we now run wireless cameras and installed a gps tracker and a boot on the trailer. It’s our baby and life blood and a target!!
happens to me all the time! always tweaking things
What camera system do you use?
Love it man. Great work. I work for a Concrete Flatwork crew and we have worked out of a 6x12 enclosed trailer for 13 years. This year we are going to invest in a new 8.5x16 enclosed tool trailer and we are planning on doing something like what you are setting up. Can't wait to see it finished.
Where'd you get that small drill? That thing is sick.
Hey Greg hold this
Great stuff. You planning on hanging ladders from the ceiling or some other solution?
Kyle what make of work pants you buy look way more comfortable than carharts!
They sure are. These are from truewerk truewerk.com/?sca_ref=551902.6dfT3MtgXA code RRKYLE15
I don't have instagram to contact him for a build for my husband. Is there another way? He really enjoys your videos.
Always great content. Thanks for all the work you do and the extra efforts taken to film and share.
I think the song Greg is talking about in the beginning is Kim Dracula-Paparazzi, and I've been listening to it for weeks, so its so surreal to hear Greg talk about it in this video lmao
I just listened to it, and it does indeed sound exactly like the Call of Duty Zombies theme.
Looking good. My new trailer should be here 1st week of April. Can't wait to put your ideas to work on it.
when I saw your update I wondered if it was Andy's work! that's awesome that you guys knew each other.
Hey man big fan! What brand shirts are those your wearing with company logo ??? Thanks !!
Usually wear truewerk.com/?sca_ref=551902.6dfT3MtgXA
Like the content, but I’m dying to see the campers! The 5th wheel and full front window pull behind. Love how exact/perfect you want things.
Nice work!! Your trailer looks amazing
what is the brand of your tape measure

@@miguelriou7955 thanks man
Would this shed be easy to disassemble and more to another location?
Is that all 3/4 plywood? Its a bit hard to tell from the video.
Kyle, have you seen those cut lengths of PVC pipe, used as holders for tubes of caulk etc? Pretty great idea
I bought all ridgid boxes when they first came out and the crates that lock on. And I used to keep all my caulk in one but hated when it wasn't full bc they would fall all over so I cut a piece of 3/4 ply to fit inside and then laid out hole's with just enough meat left so it was still durable and drilled out with a hole saw..went a little overboard but also hit them with a round over bit. Then put a couple raiser blocks under it so it sits like midway in tbe crate. I love it..I forget how many it holds but it's really more then I need to have on hand. But I never get in a pinch bc I don't have something and when I know it's dropping below freezing I just grab the crate and bring it inside.
Can’t wait to see it in the field and you guys are pulling out the tools. Awesome
👍🏴
I clicked for Greg
How do you keep the CNC’d drawers from rolling out in transit?
Do you guys use some software like, AutoCAD or Revit to draw your projects?
Wbu didn't you use the magnet in your driver to hold your screws?
This trailer build has been great to watch 👌
Please restock the new black RR builds hat
3:29 AND NOW WHO ELSE, is gonna load up the game and check out the music, besides me🙋🏼
Dang it All, why’d ya have to go and mention it
Mount your levels and tracks on the ceiling?
When you were breaking down those full sheets of plywood on the table saw I was impressed that the weight of the plywood didn't move the saw sideways. I have a Ridgid tablesaw similar in style to the one you used and just the weight of the sheet sometimes rocks the tablesaw up off the wheels as I feed the sheet into the blade.
I suggest putting a clear coat on your counter tops. I used the exact same material for my cabinets and counter tops in my shop. They do get scratched and dinged and scraped up. Also it’s way easy to wipe them off (I get tons of saw dust and wood shavings all over them) if they’re sealed. I used water based poly acrylic. Also from.... you guessed it MENARDS.
Splinters too ! Even a few coats of linseed oil or tung oil will smooth them out and provide a decent protection layer.
Wait until you do a right hand turn those are all going to slide open 😉
Stay-closed RV slides.
Got ya.
