God loves you and calls you to repentance. Tomorrow is not a promise, and God does not want you to die in sin; but to repent and believe in Jesus Christ.
That is why Jesus Christ (God made Man) died on the cross. You broke the Law, but Christ paid your fine. He suffered in your place, as your Substitute, and rose again after three days, now seated at the right hand of the Father; He is King over all.
"For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life" (John 3:16).

Seeking validation from strangers online is one of the most toxic things internet has brought to us. Extremely many people do this, especially young women and it's so toxic. People will be mean for the sake of being mean. Others will just have different taste. You should not care what anyone else thinks.

Yeah those vids are a strange case. I’ve seen them too. Whenever one thing appeared that I didn’t have I would start feeling really worried. Like that you’re supposed to be socially magnetic? I think applying specific traits to being attractive, while sometimes objectively true, is a bit strange. You can get compliments easier as an attractive person, sure, makes sense, but you can also get none and still be hot as hell. Those videos don’t say anything luckily

This video …I had a smile on my face all the time as if I just realized something.
, last week I cried so hard because I feel like people are making fun of my personality because I am always the one asking things to teachers and I feel so insecure because it feels like they don’t like my voice? Maybe they think I’m cringe? Maybe they think I talk too much (not in a negative way) and I always feel like others are better than me, I will never be able to be so confident to be a professional in my field because I’m so insecure about everything

Hi, sorry you feel this way. I'm on a 4 year of university now and going through something similar and here's what I've learned - if you're the only one asking questions and being active, it means the rest of the group is not interestied in educating themselves or being sure their undersranding is correct. It's their own problem and you shouldn't feel emberassed about being a responsible student just because of the others attitude. Most of my groupmates are rude, and the others are just not interested in anything much, and I don't talk to neither of them. I have overheard some gossip about myself, but I didn't do anything about it because don't care what they think of me. In just a few months we will all go our own way and never meet again. I advise you don't let others dim your light and express yourself freely. You cannot control your surroundings but if you be natural you will attract people who like you because of you and those who don't will leave :)

I refuse. I also have a gap in my two front teeth that I will always keep because it makes me ME❤ When you add aging in the mix in a world of Kardashian-esque beauty…there is an even more enormous amount of comparison even for confident natural women like me who choose to love ourselves the way we are. This is quite possibly the most motivating video out here that actually left me feeling less insecure about myself. Id always watch videos similar to these but be left with a not-so-satisfying conclusion, feeling unsatisfied since the videos are basically a copy paste of another -- but you rlly got me with the small lips being desireable?? My mouth was down to the literal floor, its been such a huge insecurity of mine for so long, especially with my huge aa chin emphatizing it. Like, im not entirely oblivious the differences in beauty standards, hell, my dream face is a whole new ethnicity and entirely different features from mine (russian) and im filipino so ... Entirely delulu lol
Really appreciated this vid, ill def be rewatching this whenever im on my lows :)))

Great video, thanks. Reminds me of something I heard in a talk once... "The cure to worrying about what other people think of you, is to realize... how rarely other people think of you." Everyone is in their own heads. Worrying about their own problems. Obsessing over their own issues. Most people couldn't care less about my dark circles under my eyes or if I have a zit.

Thank you so much for posting this video.
I actually use a trick when i want to perceived more beautiful ans young and use an alter ego and surprisingly i get results. That proved to me that how you carry and perceive yourself literally makes so so much more attractive. But when i first watched your videos i felt really self conscious about my weight cause honestly u look amazing. But after this i gained a more positive point of view about my body issues.

I’ve 100% struggled a lot with feeling attractive in my life still to this day. It’s been getting a lot better, though. Sometimes I feel very attractive luckily, but I’m not quite there yet, for what I can sense. I still feel like I need to have more confidence in myself in general and actually acknowledge who I am and the things that bring me so much worth, because when I wrote down my positive traits, personality wise, I realized how many I actually had, but they all felt very irrelevant. Apparently nobody was interested in me (because nobody expressed it to me yet), so I must still be undesirable and just not pretty enough. That’s what my mind told me, at least. Remember that feelings can be deceptive and that your own image of yourself is morphed compared to what others see.
What I usually did was overly compare myself to fictional characters that represented pure perfection. Toxic, I know. I still catch myself looking for external validation a lot. I’m especially sensitive to it due to personal experiences I won’t get into that resulted into some trauma. What I will say is that it made me desire love and affection more than anything else. My desperation is what led me down a rabbit hole I never even realized I fell into until 1,5 to 2 years later.
I’m starting therapy soon to properly heal instead of trying to do it all by myself, which I did for two years by now. Don’t be like me.

Hey you! If you read this you might have seen one of these kind of videos. TikToks (or Shorts) where teenagers (sometimes also kids) talk about sh, ed ect... Now ik that you shouldnt be ashamed of things like that and it really is important to talk about it. BUT as you may know, many ppl are suicidal nowadays or they sh. I think throughout social media it even got more...popular. yk? Many young ppl see these kind of videos where the ppl talk about sh. It all gets kinda...glorified. Yk what I mean?? I cant explain it that good tbh. But many young ppl who see that kind of stuff over and over again think after that that they're suicidal too. Even tho they're actually perfectly fine. But if you watch these kind of videos every day over and over again you get kinda like...brainwashed? And slowly... its not just harmles thoughts anymore. You suddenly start beeing suicidal. Social media is harmful. Social media is dangerous. It truly poisons our lifes. Im not a youtuber and I'm not good at talking. But i still want to raise awareness. To all the young ppl out there. So I want to ask you for help. Yes, you. The person who is reading this rn. If you are a content creator I beg you, pls make a video about this. If ur not, copy this comment as often as you can. Translate it into different languages. Copy it to other social media platforms. Please. Raise awareness and help the ppl who need it.
    Stay safe

Wow. Yes, this is very true, this stuff is being treated as something "cool" and people are doing it to be "special". But yeah, this needs more awareness.

I think that the problem of self-perception for many people stems from the fact that, of course, they may be liked by many others, but not by those they would like to be attractive to. For confidence of many people, they want to make sure that they have certain someone, who finds them beautiful and appealing. Because a compliment from a boy/girl I don't have feelings for means less to me than a compliment from a boy/girl I love.

i have a love-hate relationship with her channel, don't agree on everything she says all the time BUT i think this is her best video in awhile. i think she should shift away from dieting topics or things like talking about beauty trends and expand more on philosophy, psychology and the inner world, i think despite some of her contradictions from time to time in her past videos, she is not a shallow person and has lots of potential when it comes to helping others with their mindset.

We usually notice in other people what we want/lack- so what are the things you value in other people, but you don't apreciate in yourself? Or imagine if a friend would struggle with the exact thing you struggle with? What would you tell them? Would you stay even if they don't have those better "things" to offer?
It's standing with yourself and giving yourself care. You eat to have energy to do things. You do things because you like them. You don't need to be ruled by how others see that, if being it that moment gives you joy. Be cringe and be free❤

I agree with you when it comes to perception. I am half russian half north african and I live in North Africa. The standards of beauty here are very extreme: very curvy body, luscious hair, plump lips, healthy glowy yet pale skin, the more pale the better. And I am not pale, I do have a curvy body but not extremely curvy and I have a flat chest, I have plump lips but not enough and I am not pale enough. Basically, in all aspects I am lacking a bit. So I am not considered that beautiful here. Cute / Pretty is the best compliments I got so far. But when I traveled overseas, to france, I got a lot of glances and in the 5 days I spent there I got approached by at least 4 guys who asked me for my number. Also when I meet east asian people they always compliment me so much telling me how beautiful and lucky I am to look the way I do . Same for Germans. My German friend says I am the beauty standard in her country. So here you go. I might not be beautiful in my own countries but for others I might even be the beauty standard. This tells you a lot about how important the context is and it makes the concept of beauty seem much less important.

Same. I wish I was pretty, and I know for sure I'm not. My sister is beautiful and get compliments and people hitting on her all the time. I've never had anyone ever hit on me... never gotten a compliment from a stranger. The only compliment I remember receiving was in 6th grade, and it was my teacher telling me that I looked nice in purple 💀

genuine fear of what? take pictures of yourself. You'll look back at your photos and realize how much you have grown as a person. Take pics of your face or body. you don't have to share them. just keep them. you'll be sad when you don't see old pics of yourself in the future.
