I love how the rabbits look like killer bunnies and also how the holes act like spawners
That part reminded me of Don't Starve!
Reminds me of an old game i played on a flip phone about zombie rabbits.
Would be neat if there was more creatures, like imagine trying to kill a giant sloth, instead of taking one spear, it's tanky, neutral, and attacks if you get close.
I love that idea!

Given the rabbits and surrounding environment, I don’t think a giant ground sloth would fit within the region and period…
Then again, it’s a game and as long as it would be fun to play then that’s a win in the end, isn’t it?

This is like a game made off the concept of the prey predator models we used to do in school on the computer. Neat
was I the only one expecting for the wolf to be domesticated with enought meat? using them to help the hunt would be a pretty cool mecanic

wish there is upgrades. i mean my best was 17 so far. but i really love the theme. MEAT IS POWER !!!!
If we’re talking different creatures here then:
- *Ostrich* that would basically just flash on the screen but would maybe be worth twice much or something
- *Armadillo* that’d be invincible am’ just there as a bait
- *Boar* that’d be just as aggressive if not more as the wolves once you’d attack it
- *Other hunters?*

fun fact: eating wolves and other carnivores is not a good idea as they have a massively increased chance of having parasites
What if you put in a pet to keep you temporary safe? Maybe like a hawk or A wild Dog to tamed
And maybe add a day and night cycles, where add night you have to craft yours own torches to see in the dark
Can't wait for the peta spinoff where you hunt tofu and get jumpscared by turkey guts
That pretty neat, but incredibly small.
I know you could add a few more creatures if you set your mind to it!
Looks pretty cool so far! It's decently well-made for what it is, but also looks very simple/kind of lackluster. A fun type of game that would get boring after only 30 mins or so of play time. What I think is that it needs considerably more content. New weapons! New animals to hunt! New enemies! New terrain features! All that good stuff.
Maybe you could also get special things like fire to help scare away certain predators that you could swich to use (swapping between weapon or fire for example) if you get certain materials/tools Like maybe the character could make an axe to chop wood, get something flammable and make the fire that way. Should take some effort to get it. Just an idea i had that I thought would be cool!

Looks quite polished for what it is so far, but also looks quite simple. Do you have any idea for what the progression system might be like for this game? Different settings, different weapons, different animals?
Thanks! We had a lot of ideas as to how we would make the game larger, but we also purposely kept things as simple as possible as this was a 6 week project. Going beyond a single screen experience and exploring a larger world was at the top of the list.

Yup. Nothing official though. We just imposed a couple of constraints on ourselves, namely the time limit.
