    I read the comments and decided to give this meditation/hypnosis a go. There's so many positive comments. About 3-4 days later my eating habits changed, something clicked on me and I started intermittent fasting 18 hours a day alongside a keto diet. I lost 2kg within a week! This meditation definitely changes your mindset at a subconscious level giving you the determination and drive to lose weight. Thank you Kim! I have shared this with family members to aid them with weight loss! 🙏

    I started the meditations about 4 weeks ago and have lost 10 pounds. It has been such an incredible change in my bingeing, over eating, my obsession with food. My relationship with food has totally changed. I recommended this to everyone. It really does work.

    This is the greatest thing I've ever found. I've been feeling old and gross and out of touch with everything. I've been listening to this for about 4 weeks now, I crave nothing ever, I love vegetables and junk food tastes absolutley rancid to me. Im down 25lbs, im up every morning full of energy and so happy and I crave working out. Nothing has changed except this. I also used to never sleep well and now I sleep all the way through the night. Its absolutely amazing. Thank you so much!

    Holy cow, this works wonderfully. Anyone who knows me knows that food is my BFF. I started listening like two days ago, and I realize that I'm not eating as much out of boredom and that I'm eating less food in one sitting I'm going to keep listening and see what happens :))
    Edit: I weighed myself today, and I lost 5lbs 🕺

    So, I started these honestly not thinking they would have any effect what so ever......I was wrong! I am not sure how it works, all I know is I just don't crave food anymore and able to decline offers of food without an internal struggle! I even turned down the chance to have a KFC! They are small but noticeable changes in my attitude towards food. I also am not thinking about the audio or trying to conciously pick healthy options or go for smaller portions. It's only been a week listening too! I listen every night, although it feels like I hear about 10 mins worth before I am fast asleep! As I I say I have no idea how this is working but some how it just is! X

      @@dmkuhns I didnt! But I will be starting again soon :-). If you start it you may not see results straight away, but after a few weeks you will find you have a bit more control over the cravings and they don't seem to be so overpowering

    It helps me! I eat less than normal and make better choices the next day. We had a graduation cookout today. While making my plate, I pulled out buns for my burger and got dog, then I immediately decoded not to use them. I didn't touch the potato salad and rice because I thought. about carbs out of nowhere AND I turned down a piece of the cake when everyone else was getting their slice.

    I gained 20 lbs In a year after my father passed away. I was using sweets as an antidepressant. I’m now trying to not snack at bedtime. It’s a mindful thing for sure to re set habits.

      OMG I gained 10 kilos which is about 22 pounds after my dad died last year.. The drs said it was cortisol the stress drug.. it puts but sugar and makes u get hungry. Hope u well.

      I have gained 30 lbs over the past year when my husband was diagnosed with a very rare cancer with poor prognosis. It's so hard to think of him not being here when we are able to retire and enjoy ourselves without stress of working. He's 58 and has tried to stay in such good shape, exercising, eating well, then bam. I just worry and eating takes my mind off of it and comforts me. I have to stop. I hope this helps me!

    Have always tried hypnotherapy but wasn't able to get hypnotized until this. What a weird experience. So relaxing though and I'm not hungry which never happens. I'm going to keep this up and see what happens!

    Happy new yr beautiful ppl. I started yesterday 12 31 2021 today I'm already 2 lbs lighter I struggled so much to reach my goal of 155. Yes 2 lbs is and was important to me. Today 1 1 2022 I wasn't that hungry I'll keep you guys posted I'm completely fine with my weight but always strive to be the best version of myself I'm a personal trainer/coach I wish everyone the best.

    I have only been doing this meditation for a few days and I already feel that my desire for overeating and for eating unhealthily has changed. I am not thinking about food as much, and when I do, I don’t feel an uncontrolled urge to indulge. Thank you for sharing this !

    Hi Kim, I stopped smoking and all I wanted to do was eat.. Anything and everything and all the time. I didn't know how to stop, felt so desperate with the weight piling on. I have been listening to your session for about a week, within 2 days I stopped randomly eating, ate less and honestly stopped obsessing about putting food in my mouth. It's been a week now and with lockdown restrictions easing I want to start walking, please advise if you have a session for exercise and weight loss.

    I live in Barrow AK and we are now in our 24 hour darkness period. First 2 years was difficult w/lots of yawning. This year has been horrible. I'm going 4 days with just 8 hrs for all 4 days total. I listened to this and it did help. Even sleep meditation and 30 MG melatonin wasn't helping, but a new medication combined with this session has allowed me to finally start getting 6 to 8 hrs of sleep. Thank you.

    I’m going to start this 12/25/19
    My current weight 270

    I have been listening for the past 3 days and it's crazy but this is truly helping me!! I have cut my eating down to 2 meals that equals 1 meal that I would usually eat😱 Unbelievable because I usually want food all the time. MY HURDLE NOW IS I STILL DON'T HAVE THE MOTIVATION TO WORKOUT?????

    Have been listening to this every night for about 3-4 weeks and now chocolate and junk food taste absolutely horrible to me (which makes me sad). The first night I did wake to a startle at the sound of her voice at the end, but never had any nightmares or negative things. It takes repetition, but I truely believe it is working for me and I get a very deep sleep too so I’m winning either way 😊

    I had previously listened to another shorter hypnosis weight loss video. I thought I'd give this a try as it played for longer. I ended up having 3 vivid nightmares after listening to this. I dont normally have nightmares, let alone 3 in one night. I will go back to using my previous video as I had no ill effects from it.

    This is great so far. I fall asleep immediately. This is my third session and I feel I only want to eat when I am hungry and stopped the cravings for crap food. I hope this will help me on my weight loss. Certainly it relaxes me.

    I'm sorry but this was weird to say the least. My sleep was turbulent and strange! when I was finally able to wake myself up from my sleep I was creeped-out and had the strangest feeling . I need to go back through and listen to it while I'm awake. This is a lesson learned don't listen to a meditation until you have heard it while awake.

    JAYSUS.....nearly had a heart attack....TWICE!!! Two very loud ads came on, pretty early on and scared me half to death!!! Certainly woke me right up!!!

      Apologies Katie, but UA-cam implemented a new policy where they automatically placed mid-roll ads on all videos over 8 minutes long. I have gone through each video to ensure that this has been removed. I hope that this does not happen again.

      Amazing! So relaxing hypnosis really does work specifically when its done with such a lovely voice like Kim's.
      I was a heavy smoker 20 per day and have it up with hypnosis.

    Kim, please help. Whenever i listen to these videos i get very vivid nightmares. I absolutely love your videos during the day-time though. i don’t know why this is happening to me😭

      I'm so sorry to hear this. I think it might be best to only listen during the day so that both your conscious and subconscious might process your feelings more comfortably. In time I'm sure you'll be able to listen at night again, but be gentle and don't rush yourself. A short while ago I was having terrible nightmares too and I have been going through some difficult changes, so I feel that the nightmares were a manifestation of the fears surrounding these changes. Maybe you are experiencing something like this in your life too? It will pass lovely, please keep in touch and let me know how you're doing, much love xx

      I believe Kim is right, you are likely going through something difficult that your conscious mind is fighting to avoid. You may want to invite these fearful thoughts to your wakeful conscious mind for intentional processing and problem solving. Remind yourself these are only thoughts and therefore you have nothing to fear. Our dreams are just our subconscious mind working overtime at night while we sleep. Take some time to yourself today and invite processing of these fearful thoughts, reminding yourself all the while that these are just thoughts and assumptions, not facts; therefore you can change these fearful assumptions once you allow yourself to actually open your conscious mind to them and reframe them to positive outcome. Change the ending script of your fearful dreams to positive resolve. You are in control of your thoughts and feelings so don't allow yourself to fall victim to fear.

    Although there's not a lot of research showing that meditation directly helps you lose weight, meditation does help you become more aware of your thoughts and actions, including those that relate to food.

      Hey Kelley, ideally you would work with just one, but if you find listening to a few different recordings helpful, then I’d say that’s what works best for you.

      Hey Valentina, it’s absolutely fine to go to sleep. This recording is created to be listened too as you are going to sleep. People automatically go through the hypnotic state naturally as we drift to sleep and as we’re waking up. Your subconscious mind is still listening to the suggestions made in the recording to help you lose weight healthily.

    I love this...I just woke up..lol! Listening helped me successfully restart intermittent fasting (16:8) in two days with no hunger or snacking in between, and has stopped my quarantine cravings completely! I do have a question: When I wake up in the middle of the night, it is okay to restart the audio (so I end up listening twice at night)? I sleep about 7 hours.

      I think it's ok cuz I think this video is 3x repeated, so if its 6x repeated in ur nights sleep I can imagine will just bring better results, good luck!

      Fast.....never works. First you must cut out soda & alcohol, both are addictive & are pure sugar. Once you get off the sugar addiction.....the rest is easy. Food isnt addictive but sugar is. If you are addicted to sugar you will use food to try to keep your blood sugar level abnormally high...but its the sugar that is the real addiction.

      Hey Kathryn thank you for your query. This is a very individual experience. Some people may just listen once and will change their habits, but mostly we need to listen a few times to make the change more lasting and then it's a good idea to listen just occasionally to keep yourself on track. Be kind to yourself either way and remember that often the bad habits we wish to change have persisted for years if not decades. Sometimes learning to be good to ourselves takes a little more time to unravel. Anyway, hope this answer helps, Kim

    Reading these comments, I feel like something is wrong with myself. People are saying how they just totally lose their appetite and stuff, I still have mine, still eat quite a bit. Im still listening though, currently on day 4. Is it normal? I’ve gained weight like crazy last year and im hoping to lose them all this year

      Greetings! I had tried the video a few months ago and lost about 7 pounds. Then stopped listening. After a bit I went right back to eating poorly. So round two, this time I'm going to continue listen every night until I lose enough weight and got this really in my head. Best of luck to you.

      If you can listen nightly to begin with for about 2-3 weeks this will help. Results vary from one person to another. While some will find it begins making a difference on listening just once, others may have to listen a few times.

    I gained 5 kilos with a medication I was prescripted only in 2 weeks. I stopped it because I was felling heavy, but I cannot lose them now. I hope I lose them soon with a healthy mind and body.

      Look into Dr. Jason Fung and fasting. I did prednisone and it gave me diabetes. I have spent the past the past few months trying to get back on track. 6 weeks after my 6.5 a1c test, I was at 5.7. 5.6 and under is in the clear. You have to cut your insulin levels low to lose weight. Under 10. You can get your levels tested with walkinlabs. I use fasting to get my low and then eat foods low on the insulin index. It is working

    The only problem i have is that how should i know if this is working. I mean that there are so many hypnotherapy videos for weight loss on youtube. What is the difference between this one or another? This one keeps telling to relax only just some words about weight loss. Other videos have repeated messages about weight loss. Idk im just confused on this.

It is a struggle at first, but after a few days I start craving fruit instead of chocolate. It’s definitely worth make a little effort for this change. Let me know how it goes? You’re doing great 💞👍

    Warning!!! I started these meditations and I’m not sure if this has happened to anyone else. I am recovering from anorexia binge eating. I would go days with out food then smash $30 dollars of Taco Bell in once setting. I started these hoping it would help with the binge part. But unfortunately it made my anorexia worse. I notice that I just didn’t even have the urge to eat anymore. I would realize by about bed time that I hadn’t eaten all day. I would just ignore it and put meditations back on and the same cycle continues. I went 2 weeks with our feeling the urge to eat. So please if you struggle with an eating disorder consult a doctor about these practices!
