Nice job, Thanks for sharing! How are they holding up so far? I'm getting ready to do the same thing. Did you use anything after the liquid sand paper before priming?
I recently replaced bath fans in that condo and was checking out the cabinets- they still looked really good. One thing about painted cabinets is you can always touch them up if they get scratched, so Keep your cabinet paint around. I didn’t use anything after the liquid sandpaper on these but you may need to sand some areas if they’re still too glossy. Good luck with your Cabinets!
Great video. I took my thermafoil off too and unfortunately the glue took some of the top layer of mdf off on some of them 😢 Any tips on how I could fix this? Some of the areas are large and 'fluffy' so I tried to sand back but not looking great. Any tips would be appreciated!
I’ve never dealt with thermafoil on the inside of cabinets, I’ve only redone doors. I have re-glued laminate back that is coming up, (it’s a little messy but works) Sorry I’m not much help on this one.

@@carolyncassells3446yeah.. probably needed a heat gun in some areas. You can try using an oil base primer on the bad area and then lightly sanding it after drying. Maybe repeat this process if it helps. You can also skim over rough spots with some type of wood filler and sand. Don’t know if this helps but- you can do it
Thanks 👍

Im currently going through this, I’m about to experiment with a few solutions I’ve read to see if I can get a good result
