According to me to grow fast in carrier you should observe other people experience through reading 📚 books, talking with someone and try to learn and understand. Also, observe their failures and try not to repeat it. For creativity you should have a learning mindset and must believe in team building because if you want to grow, you should have a team and team will only come through your efforts only. This is because it forces you to develop an open mind and a learning mindset. This type of mindset helps you grow very quickly in your career.
