    Everyone usually has muesli at home, but probably never eaten it in this form. And then you didn't even break an oven. A coated pan is sufficient to fry the muesli bread. Yes, you heard me right, I fry the bread in my pan. If you can't believe it, copy me. It's so juicy on the inside and so crunchy on the outside. The combination is just great.     So out muesli, add ingredients and mix. you will love it The two loaves of bread were gone so quickly that I had to bake new ones immediately.
    The bread is prepared as follows:
    The bread is fried on a medium level. My stove has 9 levels, I fry it on level 4.5.
    Does your stove have only 3 levels, then you choose level 1.5.
    The middle level is always chosen.
    Then the stove (the bread without a lid) is set 1 step higher. I choose level 5.5 for me.
    (If your stove has 3 levels, then you choose level 2).
    Depending on the pan or stove, the time varies. Keep an eye on your bread, it should be lightly browned.
    Then turn the bread and again (as indicated in the video),
    first fry on a medium level (4.5) and then turn it up a level
    (lidless).
    When the second side is also nicely browned, you can take out the bread.
    Condensation, just wipe away.
    If you have a gas stove, you absolutely need a heat spreader and choose the smallest setting first. If the bread is frying uncovered (to brown), just turn the temperature up a tiny bit.
