I think you misunderstood. 10% of total revenue should be for marketing, or less. You would drive that marketing cost down with a more efficient sales process and more referral business.

I actually had to pause it, take notes, crunch my own numbers, and REALIZE, that I am not charging nearly enough; if I am to "hit my goals" lol!
