So basically I think they're suggesting three policies. General liability for the business, errors and omissions and a drone specific liability insurance like Skywatch plus hull coverage

What do you mean by drones that don't comply with part 107? As in they're over 55lbs?
Also what catastrophic accident are you referring to? I know that there were allegedly two sUAS+manned aircraft crashes in US and Canada this month, but as far as I can tell nobody got injured or died.
If you already have general liability to cover your photography business, is it necessary to ADD liability for your drone?
