She can't finish the last part of ghostin, that is why it's all harmonize and layerings of her vocals😭 it's too emotional 😭 but perfect💖💖💖
And on top of that during the last moments, it was Victoria harmonizing with Ari because she couldn't carry on. Te last part have 60% Ari and 40% Victoria. Its heart wrenching.
The reason why buwygib is there is because previously in its place there was a song called "reMeMber", this song was a tribute to Mac, and it would be the perfect way to close the album, since in the first place Ariana started this album to help heal everything that was happening in her life, and even more, what happened with Mac, but at the end she decided not to put it because she said it was very personal and that she wasn't ready to show it to the world, that she preferred it for herself, and buwygib came in at the last minute.

I love Billie's album but I still think that this was THE album of the year. I hope in the future this album is remembered as one of the "cult" albums of the 2010's. Her best album as a whole in my opinion. By the way I hope ReMeMber leaks someday.

Ghostin was so hard for Ariana to record, she didn’t even want it in the album but her managers and producers kept begging her to. There was even another verse that didn’t make it cuz it way too hard for her to sing cuz it was very emotional. She has never preformed ghostin and is not planning to.
they weren’t “begging” her. scooter just said she’s thinking to hard and he thinks it’s special and he thought she should share it with the world. she said she let go and just put it on the album.

In the video of break up with your girlfriend, I’m bored she indirectly symbolizes that the meaning of the song really is break up with me so that I can get with myself. Because the girl in the video is a look alike so it’s supposed to be a version of her when she was in a relationship.
Yes this album was a personal album for her and they were all produced amazingly one of my favorite albums i think you would like is her first album (yours truly) and dangerous woman album(made in 2016)

this album was done in the two weeks of her break up with pete davidson. you can literally feel the emotion rollercoaster throughout this whole album. her best work to date
The title track was a introspective song about her personal life. The first verse was about all her ex (including the late ''Mac Miller''), the second was about her look about herself and the last verse was for her mother who she raised after the divorce with her father when she was 8 years old. This song was really a personal and very emotional song. She almost crying when she singing this song in the natal country of Mac Miller.

Ghostin is about two people one she can no longer have and hurts because of it and one who she feels ashamed of dragging through all her pain overall I feel the album is about ariana holding alot of things inside she wants to be done with and you can see her progression with that through all her next few albums in her latest titled positions you can feel a sense of comfort within her she's finally set herself free from all this baggage
