Tommy Davidson and Davin Alan Grier, two of **THE MOST UNDERRATED** comics of all time.
Agreed! They were both hilarious! So many all starts from in living color
David is a great storyteller as well, love when he's been on with Howard Stern.
Who misses in living color.. Meeeeeeee....
You just answered for everybody like literally who don't miss that show it was the funniest shit to ever come out
Denise Abrams i wish they reboot in living color & bring everybody back
I would never believe David was not a comedian he’s sooo funny.
It's like that with Leslie Neilson too. He did decades of serious acting, even playing a few villains. Before he started doing comedy.
Omg I know right. I always thought he was a comedian. He always made me laugh hysterically. Men on films was my favorite to watch.
@@Deception975 yoooo, his 'Airplane', 'Naked Gun' movies and the parody movie he did about 'The Fugitive' called 'Wronfully Accused' was hysterical. I can watch them over and over 🤣😂🤣😂
The Wayans family legacy is incredible. The vision to launch so many careers, and be involved in iconic content. In Living Colour forever.
When it came out, I was thinking, Yo'. The Wayans family are the Jackson (5) Family of Comedy, no doubt about it. Everyone of them is funny, even Shawn (SW1) and Marlon. (You can't forget about "Tito" too.)
@@kshinokevin Indeed they got an incredible legacy. New generation of their children are also funny👊🏿👊🏿👊🏿💯
Robert Townsend did so much for our people and w class!!!! He employed Hundreds of Black actors and comedians. Hollywood Shuffle is STILL hilarious 😂
I just watch Hollywood Shuffle last week man I miss the black movies from back then.
Bring #PartnersInCrime back I retweeted that to @RobertTownsend
All I want to say is thank you Robert Townsend and Keenan Wayans.
Amen... Without them comedy wouldn't be as good as it was or as good as it is now
David Allen is one of the funniest people who ever lived.
Loved his facial expressions and his acting. David you a legend bro. You brothers will never know how much I appreciate your show in sunny south Africa. Bring back memories thanks again Keenan and the whole team.
Keenan put damn near his whole family on lol respect ✊🏿✊🏿💯💯
There was an interview years ago with Damon and he broke down crying talking about Kenan. He said he loves his brother and what he did for the entire family for generations is mind blowing.
But he made sure they earned their keep though. That entire family is so talented and working with each other, I feel, helped them all step up to new levels. In Living Color is what made me want to watch the show that Shawn and Marlon had for a few years, it drew me to Jamie Foxx and his show/movies, as well as the original Scary Movie and Scary Movie 2.
This is not a reunion it's a small get together.
But that show CHANGED MY WHOLE LIFE. LOVED IT. MISS IT.
Kim Wayans is a beautiful black Queen👑
They all got shiny heads like they smack the whole bunch of oil on a face
They need to do a full reunion. We need Jamie Foxx, Jim Carey, Damon Waynes, Kelly Park as well
@@s.j.l.8252 hope they mean Kelly coffeild lol she was awesome as well!!
Kelly Coffield married Steve Park (also from In Living Color), so her name is Kelly Park.
In living color was one of the best innovative comedy sketch shows ever created on network television in the 1990s!
The Wayans all have aged so well, Keenan is 60 years old. LIKE WOW
Went to Tuskegee with Keenan. Funniest engineering student ever. REMEMBER THE IGNORANT BENCH!
Kim Wayans playin Crystal Waters was my top 5 skit pick. Kim was such a strong presence on that roster, and is still one of my favorite people of all time
I never had a comfortable or affectionate relationship with my parents, but sitting down and watching In Living Color with them was one of the few times I felt like we were a family.
Thank you, Keenan.
Wow that was real hey i want to hug you cuzz damn...i kinda felt like i knew them personally as a kid
@@adivinedestinychannel9669 I was just about to say the same thing. It's simultaneously sad and beautiful.
David Alan Grier #UnderratedComedian is very smart and brilliant he has the best answer for every question....
Stevie Newby I think he started as a classical actor playing Shakespearian characters like Others😘
Yeah the show probably changed hi perspective in life as well...lol
Kim has aged like a fine bottle of wine she's beautiful
My applause is because this woman was natural with her hair decades before the movement. She is a pioneering beauty!
@@Rah-know Yes, it's all good. I always look at it as he loves her and appreciates her. She got a lot of slack for her looks from the black community for a while. There were jokes. She is strong apparently and beautiful
David Alan Grier is a national treasure. He is truly talented. His "Anton Meriwhther" character on the show still is funny AF to this day.
Kim's character name was Banita Batrell.
Love her I ain't the one to gossip so U ain't heard it from me. Lmfao
David Alan Grier is one of my favorite comedians. He's very underrated.
Omg! Kim was my absolute favorite! She looks good! Now I ain’t one to gossip so you ain’t heard it from me...🥰🤣🤣
I laughed so hard when David Allan Grier talked about being mobbed by gay black men because they recognized him. " Girl, he is famous....Wooo!" 24:29
A few months ago I watched that sketch of the two gay movie critics doing the football part and it turned my stomach to watch it as a grown man. It was funny as a teen. hard to watch. Turned it off.
@@TutemRaKheperu actually no matter how funny I can't get with Strong Straight Black Men in Drag and Dresses
There will never be another show like In Living Color, People are far too sensitive nowadays...
True because it was "ROTFLMBO!" even if it offended people of ALL cultures, religion and politics. They were free to laugh, joke, be silly and present a platform for my generation to partake of their hilarious creativity as they saw and felt it.
With the nature of today's communication means and social media outlets creative artists, producers, and entertainment executives are more self-conscious about their image and worried about how any backlash can affect their financial bottom line. This results in the stifling of the freedom of artistic creativity
Men on Film is one of the greatest sketches in any show ever.
How can anyone dislike the greatness this show provided for us and open doors for other shows
Or maybe other castmates aren't present.. looks like the reunion before the reunion
Jamie Fox as Lawanda, Jim Carey as Fire Marshall Bill, they were hilarious
My favorite skit is when Marlon Wayne’s imitated the Jamaican rapper “Shaba”
....oh my gawd .....simply hilarious 🤣😂🤣
That was one of the best fucking skit ever on that show.....it still cracks me the fuck up till this day....🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣......even the real shabba had to laugh at himself
Every time I think about that skit I still laugh 😂. My husband and I actually watched that skit earlier this year and was dying 😂 😂 😂
Lady LaTre'viette Phantumhive 🎵 they call me mr ugly man they call me mr ugly man 🎶 ....Classic comedy ...much love and respect ✊🏿
Was always the talk in school every Monday's. "You saw living color?". Ohhhh memories!
Unfortunately, my school had a very low black population. So, all the kids were asking about Beavis & Butthead.
I wish Damon and Jim were there as well. 🙏🏾 this was a gem

#A Classic
David Allan grier is super funny and Tommy Davidson is crazy😂 and Kim looks beautiful.
🤗😇♥ just wanna hug them all like favourite Aunty & Uncles & Jim Carey who married the black Aunt😉💖
When Tommy made that X-men analogy; I couldn’t have pictured a better way to sum up what was being said by everyone.
They need a "WAYANS MOVIE" I just want to hear and see more of this family! They are amazing!
Im definitely feeling this. I would pre order tickets for that movie or I'd subscribe to whatever network for a trial period for it. That needs to happen.
With John Witherspoon playing the father, that would've been perfect (like the Wayans Bros show) . But sadly he had passed away recently :(
I was just thinking an in living cokor movie that incorporate some of the funny characters
Tommy Davidson as the cook in the restaurant hollering pick up next! Lol
He would always make the wrong order and shit that wasn’t even on the menu 😂.
I was in the audience that night and all I can say was this talk was PHENOMENAL! I really miss this show!
IM SO JEALOUS of you americans ...we have nothing like this in britain.....so damn backwards
I am in tears watching this. Loved them so much, it's so wonderful to see them all again.
In Living Color was the root to Jim Careys successful acting career
Considering he was in two movies before In Living Color(one of which, had fellow co-star, Damon Wayans) came out, I'd say his roots were already planted. In Living Color just helped put him into more peoples homes.
I still remember the lineup for Friday night. Martin, Living Singing and In Living Color. Great Tv and I miss good Tv like that.
Martin and living single were Thursday nights. In living color was on Sunday's
They must've been repeats. Because Martin came on Thursday nights and In Living Color came on Sunday nights.
"Its called programming for a reason"
He dropped a heavy gem!!!!
They could tell how the viewer felt in the 90's so we know they can do even more now

I'm blessed to have grown up on such talent.
Kim Wayans is so underrated when you talk about sketch comedy players/comedians
I personally need to thank Keenan and his team. I was an comic at that time and auditioned for the show. Even though I and others didn't get on, Keenan helped open doors for all of us and helped us get gigs and opportunities that we might not have had. I am still writing and producing comedy today and I wouldn't be here if not for the doors opened by Kennan and the show. Thank you!!
God bless you, man. I'm a writer too so we definitely need to link up on the real!

Thanks For Posting This!
Reading that as he said it. Same thing happened to another commenter here as well… weird 😮
I'm Jamaican and I laughed until I cried when they were doing those Jamaican sketches. The show was really funny 😁
#Legendary 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thank You Keenan for blessing us with In Living Color!!
Carrie Ann Inaba, Laurieann Gibson, Jennifer Lopez, Kim Coles, Jamie Foxx, Jim Carrey, David Alan Grier, Shawn, Marlon, Keenen, Damon and Kim Wayans, T'Keyah Keymah, Tommy Davidson, Kelly Coffield and Ali Wentworth and occasional guest appearances by Chris Rock (season 5). The career trajectory that branched off this show alone. And all are icons in their own right. True _ILC_ fans know that seasons 1 to 4, was the show at its height. The final season produced some good moments like "Cheap Pete" by Chris Rock, "The Dirty Dozens" and "East Hollywood Squares", but that was pretty much it. You can't honestly do a show like _ILC_ in 2019 for reasons that way too obvious. What made the show what it was, not only seeing people in color, but the embracement of hip hop on a major level similar to what Arsenio Hall's late night talk show did when hip hop began to dominate on a mainstream level. Timeless and iconic. All of them have gracefully aged too. Long live _ILC_ #ILC
Luarieann Gibson ...was she a flygirl??,....I don't remember that one🤔😙
Dont forget about Rosie Perez she did all the choreography for the flygirlz too. A1show period
@@astinmartin413 The final season (season 5) when JLO left to do a film career. Laurieann was rocking a mushroom haircut.
“It’s called programming for a reason.” Message.
Yes, out of everything they had discussed on the panel - that stuck out to me the most. I remember studying in college that T.V. was intentionally used to program and control the American citizen in every way possible.
Love me some Kim Wayans! Who remembers her sketch w/ David Alan Grier “Lil Magic”? She played the lil girl that would audition for roles and David was her mom 😂
Lol....I remember that one and looked as if she had two balloon attached to him that gave the impression he had a bubble butt.
Oh man I remember Kim Waynes singing When the Saints Keep Marching In on I'm Gonna Getcha Sucka
She put her soul into that performance!!! I love it! HAHAHAAAA!!!!!

This show was a bigger deal than people realize, and in many ways. What great memories.
David Allen Grier didn’t come from a comedic background? Wow!!! He was funny AF. My favorite character!!!!
In Living Color was one of the greatest shows EVER! Hasn’t been anything like it before or after. Thank y’all for ALL the funny 😆 memories. Glad I was alive to witness this!

If you can have a bunch of kids that treat each other like the Wayan's family, you're a major success as a parent. At the height of their success, that family would always make me cry when I saw the love and support they gave each other on different awards shows.
“We stillll together!” Thank you Kim Wayne, my husband and I have just celebrated 30 years of marriage and this is what we say to each other each year! Though times are rough and we have grown into very different people since being married in 1990 at age, 17 and 18, this saying makes us smile every time!
Thank you for the smiles!
David and Tommy are honorary Wayans....so is Jim.....all three of them was there from beginning to end💯
They could neeeeeeeeeever do a show like In Living Color now. Society is way too sensitive.
You mean the current era where i just watched a show where a little kids imaginary friend told him to "fuck her face" as dating advice? Remember the days when you couldnt say pregnant on tv? 75% of tv nowadays wouldnt have stood a chance in the 90's.
Keenan is a good man to put his family on and give them a great opportunity..
Thanks for the the show and uplift. I was 20 years old in the Army. Deployed for combat in Panama. We found a VCR had family record you show and shipped us VHS to watch In Living Color in Panama. From the soldiers of 5 battalion 21st infantry Fort Ord, California 1990. "Cold Steel"

“Men on” will forever be funny 3 snaps in a Z formation 😂
" when they are too many men on the field, Refs call it illegal, I call it PARTY TIME...!" - Damon Wayans "Men on... football" ROFL

David Alan Grier should do a serious role with Jordan Peele.
He can be both hilarious and very dark. (Tales From The Crypt)
He just did a serious and scary role on Queen Sugar. He was FABULOUS!!!!
He was scary in the movie but I loved him on the Cool Kids and I'm mad it got canceled.

Keenen Ivory Wayans should really consider producing his own MasterClass. He seems to have a great balance between humor, Intelligence and wisdom -- Not necessarily in that order. He has a generous ability to recognize talent of others with a willingness to put them in the forefront, while he seems to find gratification in supporting their talent from the sidelines.
He really does seem a rarity among all races and genders. And he seems to be very patient and well considered in everything he does. It's very impressive.
