What do you think the Hoonicorn would do in a 1/4 mile?
TheHoonigans I don’t know but you better fucking show me now
TheHoonigans it would do fast.
Well considering there would be about 6-8 obligatory donuts, maybe about 15 secs?
I didn’t know that was information I needed until now
Guys, I am your fan from Russia (sorry, but I am writing via Google translator). I watch your videos, though almost without understanding what it is about, and it's very good. I would be glad if you saw what people in Russia are doing with cars, I have on the channel. And if you also answer me, I would be glad twice)))
A legend in our time, that could do it all and make it look easy. Your legacy will live on with your family, the brands you have built, and all you have done. RIP Ken…the clouds just got a little more tire smoke in them now
Yeaa...he was the best
Hands down, this is the coolest car that has ever been built.
Well duh!
its by far one of my favorite cars
Truer words have never been spoken 🙌🏽
R.I.P Ken Block.
Heavy breathing. 😍
Was just about to send you the link to this lol
Time's a flyin. Tic tic tic Rob.we need you on build Bio with that awd BRAAPP machine.
Donde esta la quattro dorito Roberto? Lol
Get back to work on the 4 rotor
Rob if ur car is not on build biology i will be sad
"You never know if it's overbuilt, because he overdrives it"
Youuuu riightttt
A famous WRC champion once said,"If you're not scared then you're not driving fast enough!" Holy schizer! Go go go GO!!'n
He also Oversteers it, if you get that~
Awesome car!
I like that they showed the VIN. I did some decoding and found the following.
It's a 1966 model and originally had a 200 CUI V6 (3,2L). It had a 3 speed manual transmission, was Candy Appled Red and had a Black interior. It was assembled in San Jose.
You learn something new every day :)
(I'm also happy they used a V6 and not a V8 to make this)
Its a roush v8 you imbicile
@@IRONxMAN1989 that's the converted engine. Not the original
Thats my exact model car. And a inline 6 is pretty powerful as well. Dont underestimate it.
@@IRONxMAN1989 R/Whoosh
@@novamatter3432 neither comments were a joke, nobody missed a joke. Please stop acting like you're onto something when you clearly dont.
The Hoonicorn might just be my favorite car of all time. Such a badass ride.
RIP KEN BLOCK You will be missed I pray this generation and future generations keep the hoonicorn and the Ken Block Legacy alive I know he motivated a lot of young people to chase their dreams in the car world as well as every day life we love you Ken and we miss you 🕊️💔🕊️💔
This guy is passionate about his job you can tell.
Yeah his enthusiasm made this one of my favorite breakdowns so far.
Yeah I usually don't like build biology because it's usually very un-enthusiastic and boring despite how much I love this stuff without a gun/enthusiastic presentation it just feels like sitting through my mechanics class
Yet somehow never seen the car on lift... 🤷🏼♂️
How not to be!
Ken block sound a like
I love how this car has little things that make up it's character.
Especially that little guardrail dent!
yes, especially those "small" turbos
I don’t normally watch anything tech related but this was cool. 👍🏼
Oh hi there
The AWD best tire slayer ever
Ayyyyy
You need to shred the Tire Slayer at Hoonigan!!
Tech? Related? What?
RIP TO THE LEGEND!!!! 🙏
Ok, its way more impressive underneath than I expected. Holy shit that's insane.
So much tasty engineering.
Gives me goosebumps.
It's 1400 hp obviously
@@NewHandle_ its in the title. No shit
Darn thing must run on propane
If only Hank, if only.
Ya can't get this at mega-Lo Mart!!!
Ain't that right Hank!!
I tell you what
The Mac Daddy Of Heimlich County on Hoonigan's channel? Now that's making America great again got dangit
I'm in tears lol
I'll miss you so much, Ken Block
This thing will go down as one of THE all time classic builds.
A phenomenal vehicle that now has truly iconic status.
I legitimately thought we were never going to find out what the red button did
Wonder no more!
Great, now we have to kill Forest for letting the secret out.
@@TheHoonigans Run Forest! Ruuuun!
TheHoonigans can I take his job? I like to party
Never push the red button...
RIP Ken Block. You is in my heart forever
This is how I remember Ken the best. ( in this car ) a true legend. Ken you made it look so easy. RIP Sir. 43
By fare the coolest build biology you've done
👊👊👊
My body is ready!!!! Looking forward to the Gymkhana Files tomorrow.
When do you think v2 will be on fh4
@@thomaswujek7710 - Officially came out today in the Forzathon Shop.
Thank you
Hell yeah! Us too.
@@TheHoonigans Amazon prime?
“It jumps but never lands” that made my day 😂😂😂
He sounds like he's Ken's little brother.
Roll on Gymkhana TEN!
🙌
When Ken hung the back wheels off the Evo corner was my favorite part
So wild.
Love this vid. Gonna help me remodel the missing pieces a bit better now that ive seen new angles of that frame.
Extremely amazing build. A rare phenomenon.
You guys are amazing.
That car deserves to be in a museum someday. Taken out and Hooned every now and then, of course.
FINALLY! I've been wating to see the Hoonicorn under the lift! I hope the Hoonitruck is next!!
If Ken Block will watch this clip it will end up replacing all joints axles and greasy parts and the gearbox with new parts just because Hoonicorn need the top up-grades for next Gymkhana.. if is not going to use the Hooni-Truck !!! (>_< )
What’s one thing you learned about the Hoonicorn that you didn’t know previously?
Can you guys please do a rally build with ken or with people from his team?
I knew jack shit about the Hoonicorn
That now I want one even more
I didnt know the roof was metal. I thought it was carbon
That it doesn't eat 10 transmissions per minute.
A masterpiece from the mind of an imaginative Icon
This for me was a much-loved and much-needed video. I've been watching this beautiful beast since it's debut and have just beat myself up trying to figure out what possible 4x4 setup could possibly take that kind of abuse!! That's one heck of an elaborate suspension setup! Once again, thank you so much for the walk around video and Forest's explanation of everything!!! Now I have an even bigger appreciation of the craftsmanship that went into the Hoonicorn!!!
Not every show car is a race car, but every race car is a show car
Mantra
what if it's a piece of shit looking 700+ hp civic hatch. with fucked up paint
True
Unless it's a chump car or ucar.. I've seen some super sketchy shit on those things.
The only car on build biology that I’ve actually seen in the flesh and it blew me away. What a machine 🔥
It’s a real sight to behold.
Hats off to all of you guys who make this stuff possible.....love hoonigan and all the crew so thanks for all the great videos and all the hard work....car looks amazing btw
This car always inspires me to build my own awesome car. Then I remember I can’t drive yet, I’m broke, and I have no knowledge on fabrication.
I guess I should focus in class and start studying cars. This video is probably a good start.
That's not a 65 Mustang it's a hoonicorn with a 65 Mustang roof.
Roush FORD
and, That's not a horse, it's one of the mounts of the nine Nuzgul witch-kings.
dunce monkey lol true
😂
This car belongs in the fantasy of an deranged lunatic. I’ll take two please
Let’s just make it 3 while we’re at it.
Same
Don't forget about the 5 spare parts of everything!
Man, i remember the day when i've watched gymkhana 7 four years ago and really crazy about it. Now seeing this again and making it as a part of gymkhana 10's family is so nostalgic and exciting
Kyle is about to punch through every drywall to get to this
Lol
Mechanic: How Short do you Want your exhaust Pipe
Ken: yes
Nguyễn Minh Vũ 1 pretty sure they are custom
@@Giorgio-- it's basically straight piped exhaust xD
@@AbdulazizAladwani-ke7in open headers is engine to headers to exit. This goes through turbos, so not quite open headers, usually these are called "hood exit exhausts" but seeing as the turbos are already through the hood I am not sure
This car is the definition of all out, so glad we’re able to see this
That car’s not just a comic book hero, it’s a mechanical masterpiece 🏎 🔥
To this day it’s still the sickest car I’ve ever seen ......RIP KB43VER
I remember the first time I got an in-depth look at the hoonicorn was that video guys did with Chris Harris, loved that video but this one’s better because now the hoonicorn’s got TT’s and there’s Danger Dan!
Adding Danger Dan to anything automatically makes it better!
Chris is cool af
Same
So nice others hobbies give such good entertainment! Thanks ken and the huge team!
Goose bumbs. Every time I watch
This... this is why we love America. These men and everyone watching are drooling over the fact this is a bad ass ken block drifting machine!!! Love it. Stay safe everyone!
This could’ve been a 3 part mini series love when they nerd out
This is one of the greatest and most passionates build breakdowns, I love seeing the hoonicorn in detail!
the church music fits just perfectly because this thing is a miracle!
Best car in terms of looks and sound hands down!
I appreciate whoever had the idea to shut off the lights at the end. I'd love to see the Hoonicorn show up at a 2 step competition and send everyone home.
You. Guys. Stay. Winning! 👊🏼 Seriously can't wait for Gym 10 🔥 Already got my Prime account ready for tomorrow's first 2 episodes of the Gymkhana Files 🤙🏼
Hell yeah. Thanks for your support man!
RIP Ken 🙏
this thing looks soooooo good man and i am not even talking about its power plant and suspension just to looks of it its a killer bro
R35 GT-R: I am unstoppable.
Hoonicorn Mustang: Kid, step aside. Allow me to introduce myself.
I love this dudes personality for some reason, seems so genuine and nice. Guess that's why he works for Ken Block lol
Should rename that driver's seat the Blockpit, that car's insane
Love how this Hoonicorn growls and pop
It's already a multi million dollar car just because of it's fame and heritage. I hope his daughter opens a museum for him. Her cars included.
AWD+mustang= Hoonicorn
Don't understand why an AWD mustang exists but i like it
there was a 4wd mustang concept back in 1965
@@TheMurlocTamer i remember reading about that and there was also a RHD stang back then if im not mistaken
So it doesn't go for the crowd. The only one that doesn't.
Because Ken loves Power sliding AWDs
its Chris that’s like asking why there’s a Dodge Challenger AWD.
About time! So sick! also... You should do a contest for viewers cars to get on to build biology
Solid idea!
Guardrail scar is super sick come on mannn........
Love the frame work and push rod suspension.... mechanical advantage is so helpful
Hoonicorn 2.0 ......is so sick
RIP Ken block.
giving me tears rewatching this trying to see more of the hoonicorn....
#43VER
will miss you shredding tires...
THE MADMAN!
HE MADE ANOTHER ONE
My God....1400hp of pure Ford mayhem 😱🤯
Pretty sure it's mostly Corvette parts...
Wow what an amazing beautiful machine and thank you all who were involved for showing it in detail.
Ken, God bless you your family and your friends. I'm really going to miss your content on UA-cam. Love you bro
Morning coffee with the Hoonicorn. Epic
Perfect combo.
The drift tampa😂
This was not based off the Tampa.
@@6thgear914 it looks like the tampa though
@@mek4nic you know i bet the drift tampa (however it looks that game is ded to me) is based off this as a joke because thats how rockstar does things
Lol at the end in the dark them turbos barley spooling and flames 😂
I'm in a high school robotics competition and hearing them talk about the blemishes reminds me of our robots because I work on the robots and build them. Just about every inch of machines that go through competitions or challenges has a story, knowing the history is my favorite part of building and maintaining robots.
I have this in forza horizon 4 and it’s amazing, and it’s actually my favorite right now :)
Same
Same
they literally have an exact rep in gta too
Same ofc
Hoonicorn: *laughs in 1400hp of methanol*
The Guard Rail Dent is freaking amazing!!
RAD AF. BLOCK 43🤘🏻 RIP✌🏻😭 BUDDY
Rest in peace buddy, i wish i could have met ya.
That's one of the biggest regrets I have in life. I was young and stupid and had plenty of chances to meet him.
Ive always wondered if the fenders where metal but there freaking carbon... lit!
Knowledge is power.
The one car they all men are envious of! You guys are amazing!
came back to watching this after hearing the news of Ken's passing; with tears in my eyes. The whole world is going to miss you.
Nothing better than Ford power
Ok this is now my New Favorite Episode and my #1 Favorite car... My Life Goal Is to Build one of these cars
I got to see this monster at Tokyo Autosalon 2018 when the Hoonigan team was there doing driving demos.... Hell of a car!
R.I.P Ken Block Race in Paradise
This very well may be the coolest car ever built.
Even though I prefer chevys always had a soft spot for mustangs since a few of my buddies built a few with 6 cylinders in the 70s based on mid
60s stangs
I’m in love with this car 1400hp, sequential gearbox ,AWD absolute fire breathing beast nothing could touch this car in a straight line
As a North Carolinian, I'm proud that a lot of this car was built here. 👏🏾💪🏾
RIP 43
Yes the best mustang ever made hoonigans for life
I could instantly spot the '65 Mustang body underneath all the changes. That was the first car I owned after leaving the army in 1974, and my favorite car ever. Unfortunately mine was mostly stock.
Definitely my favorite all time car, takes me back to the 1970's "moving fog bank".
The God King of cars is finally on a Build Biology!
Been Waitin Boyz.................
Wait no more!
I’m 16 and just picked up a 69 Mustang 302! I live in LA, but it would be sooooo sick to meet Ken Block and come to the garage!!!
How
Awesome video!! I luv the ending...the rev. demo!
3:46 "like 4 feet is this" (holds his hand at Dan's nose level) OOF
i own the very same car and build ...
in forza horizon 4
Ok
@SICKB0Y THAT'S STILL BADASS THOUGH
Still trying to buy the car
Been waiting forever for walk around like that great video
Love the fact they left that guard rail rash there. Watched the pikes peak vid before this, that probably the most "daaayyyyyymmnn" moment for me.
