Don’t soak brushed nickel fixtures in vinegar. You can use it diluted to help with hard water buildup, but don’t let it sit! I discolored my brushed nickel bathroom sink drain and plug by leaving vinegar soaked paper towels on and around my drain to breakdown very hard water deposits in my bathroom sink. Also, don’t use vinegar on travertine - it’s basically a big ole hard water deposit turned to stone.

When you clean with the regular vinegar not cleaning vinegar !!!!
1. buy the clear one not the yellow
2. Works better with hot water heat you're water in a kettle
3. Use it instead of fabric softener you will get the same soft close but it won't damage them and your towels and so on won't lose their when drying effect
4. It not rough on nature
Thank you for sharing your tips! Cleaning vinegar works but you have to dilute it A LOT. But a gallon container lasts a LONG time.
I add some diluted half water half distilled white vinegar after the clothes are washed and do it with a second rinse and I think it works better than adding it at first
30% Vinegar? I've only found 6% Cleaning Vinegar.
It’s too strong! You need to dilute it to 3%. It’s very strong. I didn’t talk about the strength of the vinegar but you have to adjust. This just lasts longer because you only need a little.
