I like this coach. He knows what he wants. And he has a plan.
his plan of what??? getting a draw against yb...........
@@88-32 Omo relax , you obviously know he wasn't expecting a win
@@88-32 you have 0 IQ in football if you think you must win a pointless game just to waste first team energy and ignore other players.
@@88-32 with B team and 6 young talents
@@88-32 bro it’s second squad hhhh
What’s the different between Young Boys and Juan Mata & Enagaga
I really like how he's annoyed by small things like that 5metre pass between the lines and square passes infront of the defence. This guy has a clear vision of how he wants the team to play
I really like how when he said 'energy levels' he instantly looked at the bottle of Gatorade ⚡
Tbh, when I played at school you’d get a bollocking for square passes on the edge of the area.
Refreshing... Ole would have said he was happy with that
Refreshing... Ole would have said he was happy with that

Giving Tom Heaton his debut was a really, really respectful and heartwarming gesture. Heaton during his interview did tear up a little and I feel he really appreciated that from the boss.
Love how he names players directly whether its a compliment or a criticism. Can't feel bad about the result after you hear his perspective
I like how different it is from Jose naming players - Jose was toxic and him critiquing players was to justify his own ego - Ralf is very analytical and truly embodies his "Professor" nickname
Can't believe many plastic fans want this guy to get out after a match that ended a draw where it was a chance for him to analyze the other remaining players apart from the main line up. From there, he can determine which players who were not in the starting line up deserve to be in it.
@@eduardosalamanca3398 facts the football fans nowadays have become too reactionary. They don't understand even a bit of the plan and don't understand anything, better to ignore them
@@eduardosalamanca3398 fans want him out already? 😄😄. When should won like 4 but poor finishing. To add to Amad and Mata's chance, Elanga missed a sitter also. The chances where there but poor finishing
@@uncleseekx Yeah. I'm aware of that. We had poor finishing. But, regardless, even though we were deploying our 3rd team, we did not play as bad as the plastic fans thought given that this match was used as an oportunity by Ralf to analyze which players deserve to be in the starting line up for the upcoming games.
I just love watching this man speak. He speaks with so much confidence and wisdom.
I do t know how much BAILY makes but he certainly deserves every penny and deserves to play more for sure cause he’s been injury free for a while now 🙌🏽
Don’t jinx it
It's easier to be injury free on the bench tho ennit, jokes aside him and Varane at the back would be beast
@@RGY33 i would prefer lindelof over bailey..even we have seen lindelof in recent games being the best defender still u people call him out...what more he needs to do to stick to ur mind..he clears the ball tackles...and mostly important is noone in this united team can provide better long balls than him..he will defenetely play if ralf selects team on the basis of performance-enhancing
@@RGY33 Lindelof is far better than Bailey. Bailey often makes mistakes. Lindelof during the last few games is even better.
Better than Maguire
This is our coach ...we found him. A man who will not mince words to not hurt the feelings of maguire guy..sloppy is slppy and this coach called it.
Maguire didn’t play…

Very smart coach, he knows what he is doing
The way he's tactically explaining things and not trying to hide from any fact and saying every truth on face, it's just amazing to have him....
Well now the enemy team know our tactics.. i think he should be more secretive
Ralf is the man! I have never been so relaxed as a UTD fan
It’s actually exciting to watch games now😂
Mi fi tell u
Hmmm ya after palace and young boys 😂😂
.
Its a start! Maybe moving forward slowly but at least its forwards! Hes only been there a week!
I like how he treats a draw as a loss because i can see he isn't that happy when 7 out of 11 of them were academy graduates and so inexperienced. Ralf knows what needs to be done. We have standards now and not just vibes !!
he speaks like an absolute expert of the game wisdom combined with knowledge. how he spoke about greenwood not just praising him but also pointing out his weaknesses and how he plans to work on making him the best that he can be. that's all i wanted to hear! we need to develop players and see them progress every year... look at marcus lingard and tony? we can all agree that they have stopped improving for years! i just hope this man can fix that for us. best of luck to you Ralf.
Why people forget Lingard isn't young anymore...
He's going to turn 29 soon lol
Ralf is an intelligent man and he knows how to explain his methods and he demands more from his players, instead of congratulating players like Ole and Carrick did.Ralf is a perfectionist and he will not be happy until he achieves his goals of turning united into a success story once again..
Clear concise answers as always. The man is a huge asset for the club.
This mn is the truth of a manager loving the style of play ❤️❤️🖤
This man gives you so much confidence.
We did it see a lot of Young Boys at the field today, also pleased with Baily's perfomance ❤
That's how a passionate manager speaks, something i missed at United.
In Ralf we trust 👑
What a gem. He even listened to the goalkeeper coach suggestion to play Tom Heaton. Hats off RR
Glad he actually pointed out Greenwood's weaknesses rather than just say he's great. The English press would like you to see him as the finished article but he needs refinement to become the best player he can.
Greenwood scored and created the best chances for United to score. Not sure why y'all criticising him. He should be starting over Rashford.
@@Oldheadontheblock nobody learns by being told they're perfect and we don't need players whose ego is so fragile that they can't take criticism. Greenwood can improve his game and Rangnick identified what he believes he needs to do. You're arguing some different point that I didn't make. Criticism is fine so long as it's constructive.
This guy is selfless and that's what a leader needs to show.
How refreshing to hear a manager finally speaking and discussing tactics rather than the usual crap and "that's football" bulls***
Fine margins as well bro 😂😂😂😂
We will bounce back😁
Fine margins, that’s football with his useless laugh, and fantastic
Honestly, i love how he gave opportunities to those who don't really get game time. He also states the the positives and the negatives, not some brushing statement, not some " they will do better". He states what it is. Love to see it
Ralf is the man!
I think this guy is something special his knowledge of football is amazing 👏
Awful questions but Ralf always gives great answers
Very happy for all those who got some long awaited game time yesterday and especially for the youngsters who made their debut. It's a smart move from the manager to do that in a CL game as it's a big occasion for them but at the same time with no pressure as it wouldn't affect their confidence if their performance wasn't great because the team has already qualified top of the group. Wise man management from the new boss.
Can't believe it took us this long to find such a quality manager. I love listening to him speak.
Big up for Rangnick
I was always confident about him and he proves that he knows what he is doing and the fact that he try to develop the team he will surely give us the results we all want.
Ralf is an incredible coach who plays tactics like no other. As a Man U fan I'm finally relaxed 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂
Man does not mince his words. "team played like the weeks before"
"What annoyed me most was we gave them pressing invitations"
Loving the honesty✊🏻
Maybe the excuses will come out after his 1st loss on Saturday v Norwich

He still said that he wants to develop Greenwood. What a man. Don't praise any player like ole did, bring the best out of them. 🤣
So sad u r not a fan of United 😢
I was actually disappointed to hear his greenwood comments. He should have said, I expect great things from him and hopefully he can continue to give me selection headaches cause the boy is technically great. We need to develop his athleticism and if we succeed he will likely end up a club legend
Honest, attention to detail and glad to hear him not giving template answers.
If I hadn’t known this guy’s history & potential here now at MU, then solely based on these few press conferences & post match interviews, I’d turn his consultancy 2 years into manager. And I know his history & future potential.
Dude is just in control.
Knows exactly what he wants, knows exactly what the team is doing wrong.
What to fix, how to fix it.
Great to see, FINALLY!
If ManU had any brains; they’d tie him to the club for several years.
IF MAN-U HAD ANY BRAINS!
This is a near miracle how MU have ended up with Ralf ... just let him do his thing; for more than 6 months.
Love this guy. He s not going to leave any
stone unturned in his quest to improve this team
It is so nice to watch MANCHESTER United matches now ♥️ bring back feelings from sir alex Ferguson matches👈
So glad he's seen the talent which is Juan Mata, I remember going to a Newcastle game and spent most of the time just watching him, just a shame he's getting on now but think he could definitely make a difference with the few year he's got left at the top level if Ralf uses him. I also get the impression that Ralf isn't too impressed with the fitness levels overall throughout the squad, as hes mentioned the drop in energy a few times in this and the last 2 games he's watched. I'm sure if the players buy into his philosophy he'll do big things for us, but I do get the impression he's equally as unimpressed with things as much as impressed, exciting times ahead. GGMU
Love how he said 4-5 times how he wants to develop Mason!
Yeah he's the youngest and a talented one so he's the one he's eyeing and needs development.
I liked what he said while comparing Mason to Haaland.
Missed the big players during the match but extremely happy on knowing how he rested them and gave others an opportunity to show their credentials... Pressing games need a lot of rotation later and these young boys got their bits to be prepared for the next games
Give him some time. It's hard to build the team in the middle of competition. Right now he's still build the foundation of the "house". Don't compare united now with team that the "house" already build perfectly like Liverpool, city or Chelsea. Of course we're still far from title contender, but maybe we're going to the right direction. Hopefully with strong foundation, next manager can perfected them into fully functioning "house".
Ralf is iron man this guy is accurate af
He‘s german…. 🤓
Thank you on your remark on Greenwood. The English media has presented him as the next best thing since slice bread but I knew he is yet the finish article. Ole would have ruin him. Please get him up to speed so he can become the best version of himself
Greenwood might not play as much as before but I think he’ll improve regardless. Love to hear from the manager that his technical ability and talent won’t be enough to play all the time. All this will benefit Greenwood in the end 👌🏻
@@carlitr0hx he also needs to learn to press defenders. He doesn't do that
@@justemeka he scored and created the best chances in the game. Give him a break. At least he's more influential and talented than Rashford.
@@Oldheadontheblock I want the best for him. He needs to press.

That Mason GOAL was out of this world ....GGMU
Actually makes me wanna watch the PRESSers this man🥲
That’s our Manager and Most Important Coach , Totally agreed with his assessment of Game !
I really like the tone he's setting at the club that anyone can get a chance to play its all about how you perform. I feel like once they're competing with eachother to start, this poor attitude and work rate we've had will be gone
CLASSY MANAGER, I LOVE HIM ALREADY! VIVA RALF!
Ragnick now know who needs to go,and who needs to stay
Finally a manager that can actually talk about the game
I like how he says what he is not pleased about in a game. he has a plan and seem to know how to execute it. I pray it all works out well. i love his mentality about developing the players.
Absolutely loving Ralf! I have trust in this man he doesn't talk nonsense he knows what he is aiming for and I am fully enjoying it. I could listen to him talk all day it's so refreshing to hear
German’s can really capture your attention with their words, no puns intended.
Finally, a straightforward approach man who highlights where to improve. We have a direction
Glory years united under Ralf. Keep building
This guy answers questions like someone who knows what he's talking about. The other one nearly killed us by saying " the lads" every 12 seconds.
This comment is funny AF😂😂😂😂
This guy is a football philosopher!!
Clever move putting a wholly new team in place for the game ( With a bigish squad he has no chocie really ) .. This makes them hungry ( and the others left out.of the match ) in training for more so. i think he partly did it to improve the competition in training for a place in the team
if Ole came with this squad today..we would have been beaten 5-0 I think..hahaha
He is very kind and show sense of caring to all his players, like for Tom Heaton case he considered giving him a UCL Debut. It would be almost like a dream come true for Tom. Thank you Mr. Ralf for your kind consideration and unforgettable moment you had given to our Tom Heaton. Much appreciated. I really love you as a coach and human being.
Great man
You gotta love how open this guy is
its 2021 how have we not figured out how to eliminate the feedback loop between mics
I saw no any bad comments abt him. This shows how quality and smart coach he is.
Great man management from Ralph to give some players their debut and given the young lads a run on the biggest stage in football. Already building important relationships and most importantly given everyone a chance. The DVB situation with Ole really bugged me. He couldnt diversify to save his life, never taken risks. It was utter lack of respect for the boy. Im glad he got a run last night. He is a quality player. Hats off to Ralph.
This man knows ball
great manager, great boss, great coach ever.we want him a permanent boss in MUTD.
Bit giddy
I wish Ralf to continue being man united coach till his retirement
Its great to finally want to listen to the Man Utd manager speak about football.. He doesnt deflect questions and he talks sense
Never get tired of listening to him.... always speaking the truth. Calling it for what it really is and not babying players who deserved to be bashed!
I've been saying that Mason needs develop physically and his energy level needs to improve, sometimes he looks lethargic especially with his languid running style but developing needs to improve his overall physicality
"Control" freak I LOVE IT🔥
RR is always so generous and sharing his knowledge to other managers.👍🏻
Very insightful. By the time he is done with us, even us ordinary fans can take a crack at coaching just by learning from his interviews
Rangnick put out a reserve starting XI with a full youth academy bench against Young Boys and drew. Ole put out our strongest team against Young Boys and we lost
I can't think I'll ever miss his press Conference, so lively so informative on what was and not right.
Man who knew a tiny² things is a perfectionist..this guy is on that level.. every big things started with small important one..
I have faith we can keep this up, going for top 3 this season.. GGMU 🔴🔴🔴🔴
It's just so refreshing listening to someone speak so eloquently about football and matters surrounding players without having to "mmmm..." and get lost in thought before answering.
His level of detail though
This is the only valid time over the last few years to say this manager needs time and should be trusted . Talks brilliantly and has a clear cut plan to improve the players and teamplay to take us back to challenging at the top. What a bloke.
I like his thoughts on Greenwood. There have been a few mentions about his attitude in training in the past, Ralf got straight to the point in a previous presser when he mentioned deserving to play by your performance in training. Technically he has it all, just needs to add some beast.
This brings me unexplainable joy
He played young boys vs young boys haha
I could listen this guy talk all day!

Ralf is a teacher and used to lived in Brighton. I am pretty sure his english is much better than some englishmen.
@@glennchua.hianbeng2440 Yeah his english is great, I just thought it was funny

He is so well spoken
In less than 2 weeks, every player has seen game time. Great coaching.
Ralph seems perfect for United from everything I’ve seen so far. Long may it continue, the players have a massive opportunity to become something very special under RR.
Half of these players shouldn't be at United and will never make it. I think Rangnick was giving them a shot in a nothing match and they failed the test.
Give him a full time contact I like this man
IMAGINE RANGNICK X TEN HAAG
