I have always been a huge CR7 for me his the GOAT, the mentality he has is incredible. As a GUNNERS FAN I can say that mentality is everything, everyone needs to be pulling in the right direction to be successful, I mean look at what Mikel Arteta has instilled in terms of mentality, attitude, and performances out from our squad. Uniteds' downfall is going to come down to mentality and belief, I mean half those players genuinely lack a winning mentality and are willing to get stuck in and buy into this project. I look at Pogba, that man has one interest and that is himself, I mean there is a reason he had a falling out with Jose and eventually United chose the player(s) over the manager. Truly I ask myself what did Pogba come back to United for? Genuinely it is a mystery.
Listen to the choices of words during the interview. Only thinking positive of winning mentality for the club and for the fans. Golden heart man. This is nothing but leadership and winning mentality from the champion. I think we need to think and work hard like him to be a successful person in life. Praying for the club for the new beginning to perform well and win for the club.

When legends speak world listen , this interview tells all . There is difference between average players and very best and this interview tells about difference between him and other man u players .💜
People trying to blame this guy for Uniteds current form is beyond me, if we had more with his mindset and talent we would be a far better club for it.
To be honest, blaming Ronaldo really shows the problem with the club as a whole: that people were relying on one person to fix problems which clearly had subsisted for several months, if not years. Ronaldo has saved Manchester United almost single-handedly during several games last year, and if he was consistently backed, especially at the defensive level, then he could score a lot more.
I sincerely hope that the rest of the players at this club have watched and listened to this interview very closely and took alot of notes while doing so!
It iritates me so much that this football club isn't capable to give the captaincy to this man. He is the epitome of what Manchester United football club can provide. No instead of that they prefer to keep McGiver as captain who can't make a proper pass or tackle, absolutely terrible.
A captain that rushed into the dressing room with embarrassment, instead apologized to the fans for crap playing. That's not how a captain work, we really need an actual leader like Henderson or wes Morgan even on the bench. "we can do this, we can turn this around" kind of player, Ronaldo already have a conflict with juventus captains and that should be a big red flag for his mentality.
Compare this to his first interview where he couldn't speak english, he has become such a goat. Everyone needs this motivation to push themselves forward.
This guy is pure in heart, i saw many videos on him and by donating to orphelins as well other good action he proves he is at a different level...a successful man is not how many awards he won, a successful man is the one who knows how to look after his family. He is a winner man, he wants to compete and never love to see his team down. I think in years he will become a great manager who can win many silverwarer for a team
he’s the true captain of this football club and always was. over 300 appearances, over 100 goals, 3x PL, 1x CL, 1x Ballon D’or, club legend, the armband is his.
The number of times he mentioned MENTALITY in this interview is genuinely concerning as a United fan. No one would ever question CR7’s dedication and work ethic but the fact he had to reiterate MENTALITY so many times shows how dreadful the current crop of United players are. Too long have they been rewarded by substandard performances and yet command astronomical wages. Something needs to change and now that CR7 is here they see their way of life changing and see this as a threat. I’m backing CR7 and the manager and all those players who can’t take criticism need to get out!!
I hope the other players in the squad have watched this, listened and taken note. This is how you need to think to be a winner. Ronaldo is an extremely impressive individual and should without doubt be immediately made captain of the club.
he so spot on about the mentality. champions are not only talented AND hardworking but also have that insatiable passion and drive to be the best, thinking about their craft all day even at rest, planning and improving and preparing the best way to develop their skills, they are always looking to improve, to be the best THEY can be in themselves, to contribute, to be focused, in shape, active, and engaged. What results is the difference in outcome and career trajectory between super talents (which are many) and those who have long and fulfilled careers is massive.
I Remember what he did in the world cup against Spain. He never gives up. He is a true soldier and i believe he is capable of beating all teams in the world.

And that ladies and gentlemen is how it's done. Determination, winning mentality, leadership, experience, trains at the highest level, self-respect, pride, commitment. World Class, constantly trying to push himself and improve and raise those around him to higher levels. Huge respect and admiration for him , what he has achieved and his mentality

Yeah man great mentality for someone who's 7th !
He is honestly such a legend. Just know that when he passes away he will be remembered on the history of the greatest footballers. Crazy. He lived a life. He made memories. He made a legend from himself, we need to respect these footballers, he used to be broke mopping streets. Honestly mental. Credit goes where credit is due 🐐🐐🤴🤴

Always have loved and admired Ronald’s mentality. He has pushed himself all his life and been a star due to consistency in every league he has played. Unfortunately he is also misunderstood because of his self-confidence. Best wishes for Qatar.
If everyone had the same mentality as you Ronnie, we would have been at least top 3 now. Make him captain. The undisputed Goat CR7 🐐

Every United player should treat his time at the club as a privilege and an honour, to be able to watch and learn from one of the greatest to ever play the game.
Icon of the club. What a huge contrast his second spell at the club must be, from referring to Keane as captain to Harry Maguire. Epitomises how the club has fallen.
No truer words spoken
He said nothing wrong, Man United has stood for something for 100 years, there are standards, there should be a desire to fight for this club. Viva Ronaldo, echoing the words of what all former players, managers and the fans would preach.
Chelsea fan here, and am not even a fan of ronaldo but i truly respect him as a legend of the game one of the best of all time, the guy is a serial winner👏 🙌
I love how he speaks, he would make a great coach in my opinion!
2008 he became captain of Portugal 🇵🇹, that’s 14 years!!!!!!!!!! Any young person should watch this, even if you don’t like football just listen to CR7. Amazing vid, I can easily see him going to 40 like Giggsy.
When you hear him speak he’s oozing with confidence experience and mentality I’m just relieved he’s here to help sort out the mess and help turn things around and he’s still a great player so having him here can only be a good thing because he’s the only player left of the Ferguson era who had that winning mentality!!
People like to trash Ronaldo by saying he isn’t a team player.. but never in my life have I seen an athlete so professional and who fights for his team and his coaches. He’s never once threw a coach under the bus even if they deserved it and he constantly talks about the players in his team with the highest regard. Even in this interview he refused to say how they should be playing even though he’s one of the best players in human history and would have ever right to do so. Just because his body language at times isn’t friendly doesn’t mean he isn’t trying his best for the team. I have so much respect for him.
imagine having this man in your changing room and not wanting to listen and take notes on everything he has to say. He's playing CF, how do you expect him to impact the game if he's not getting any service, on the graveyard shift. FEED THE GOAT.

@@heathermckinnon1865 the thing is the ball was rolling before he got there or it looked like it at least (not blaming Ronaldo) but the players have resorted to passing the buck to Ronaldo and expecting Ronaldo to single handedly win them games the Summer is now huge for Utd
The fighter C Ronaldo should be the permanent captain for Manchester United from next season. Man U is a good team which isn't performing right now. GK- de gea, defender- varane and Maguire, midfielder- pogba, Greenwood and Fernandez, forward- rashford , Cavani and C Ronaldo. Why this team isn't performing!!

Praying for the club for the new beginning to perform well and win for the club.

He n leo is the last rare football species
People trying to blame this guy for Uniteds current form is beyond me, if we had more with his mindset and talent we would be a far better club for it.
To be honest, blaming Ronaldo really shows the problem with the club as a whole: that people were relying on one person to fix problems which clearly had subsisted for several months, if not years. Ronaldo has saved Manchester United almost single-handedly during several games last year, and if he was consistently backed, especially at the defensive level, then he could score a lot more.
ManUnited performance was based on Bruno Fernandes until sacking of Ole
I sincerely hope that the rest of the players at this club have watched and listened to this interview very closely and took alot of notes while doing so!
It iritates me so much that this football club isn't capable to give the captaincy to this man. He is the epitome of what Manchester United football club can provide. No instead of that they prefer to keep McGiver as captain who can't make a proper pass or tackle, absolutely terrible.
he was the captain against wolves
A captain that rushed into the dressing room with embarrassment, instead apologized to the fans for crap playing.
That's not how a captain work, we really need an actual leader like Henderson or wes Morgan even on the bench.
"we can do this, we can turn this around" kind of player, Ronaldo already have a conflict with juventus captains and that should be a big red flag for his mentality.

True
I hope the other players in the squad have watched this, listened and taken note. This is how you need to think to be a winner. Ronaldo is an extremely impressive individual and should without doubt be immediately made captain of the club.
They don't care
he so spot on about the mentality. champions are not only talented AND hardworking but also have that insatiable passion and drive to be the best, thinking about their craft all day even at rest, planning and improving and preparing the best way to develop their skills, they are always looking to improve, to be the best THEY can be in themselves, to contribute, to be focused, in shape, active, and engaged. What results is the difference in outcome and career trajectory between super talents (which are many) and those who have long and fulfilled careers is massive.
