    If stuff is growing in the brain that doesn't belong there it's probably because of all the chemicals we eat everyday in our food or drink in our water or in the air or the soil that our food is grown in. We are surrounded with health disrupting chemicals everyday. Also in our shampoos, soaps and cleaners. It is a big problem.

    I'm not convinced there is much difference between ca-akg and aakg in terms of the availability of the akg, as both forms are broken down into their constituent parts and metabolized. What I do know is that aakg is more affordable, and you can take more of it without having to worry about consuming too much calcium. It's possible to consume 10 grams of aakg in a day, yielding approximately 4.6 grams of akg. Plus, the arginine has benefits like helping to boost hgh and nitric oxide.

    AKG+Vit C made my disabled mom go from barely moving to looking(yes, looking )10 years younger and playing with my kids like a 20 year old. So wild that I started researching and studying it. I can now make it, I also make cosmetics with it and take it as a supplement coctail. This stuff is my favorite thing ever! I recommended it to anyone eho physically struggles, and it works like magic.
    I experimented with it as well, using my cells. I used mouth, skin and so on. It actually has different effects on each but I was surprised how well it works on skin cells.
    I should add that I make regular AKG, so I didn't do any experiments or self studies on CAKG or AAKG!

      @phish64209 I make regular AKG(you can buy powder form but avoid calcium AKG) and I make liquid vit.C from fresh lemons and then I mix it with carrier oil(Vit E from Walmart and almond oil) Then I add other ingredients, like Hyaluronic acid and B3(I can't make those yet). PH test and skin test before use. I add preservatives if I make a lot

    Isn't calcium problematic to take as a supplement? Hardened arteries (Cororaonary Calcium) , kidney stones etc. How does taking Calcium in this form differ concerning those problems? Thanks.

    • @Dr.SeanSong
      @Dr.SeanSong  4 місяці тому +2

      Calcium supplements can pose risks such as kidney stones and artery calcification, but this depends on factors like the type of calcium, dosage, and individual health (which is particularly important for those who tend to develop stones easily). Calcium citrate is better absorbed and less likely to cause issues. Combining calcium with magnesium and vitamin D can also help.

    Which of these two AAKG or AKG do you recommend for women over 40’s too take? Thanks 😊

    • @Dr.SeanSong
      @Dr.SeanSong  5 місяців тому +2

      AAKG is a combination of the amino acid arginine and alpha-ketoglutarate, which may potentially benefit exercise performance and blood flow. Calcium AKG is a form of alpha-ketoglutarate combined with calcium, which may support bone health and metabolism. So, depending on your goals, you could choose either one. Thank you!😊

      Regular AKG is the best(an opinion), AAKG showed the least benefit in many studies I read. Calcium is great if you workout(for many people) but I didn't like it as it didn't seem to affect my cells as well as AKG. What works for one person, may not be the same for everyone. I used my own cells to see how it affects them as well, and AKG showed better absorption and activity if using it as a synergetic. Anyway, you might have to try them all for a few months each and see which one works best.

    • @davidwildman561
      @davidwildman561 3 місяці тому +1

      Though only widely read and not an expert, I can pretty confidently state that at your age, you make all the AKG needed. It doesn't start dropping off significantly until after age 40. You are already experiencing the benefits now, not to mention the countless other benefits of being 28.

    • @never_give_up90
      @never_give_up90 2 місяці тому

      Do not take it at 28. Do not take any of those supplements because you are still in the age your body is settling in, it won't start turning until after 35. Too much of a good thing is not good and can have adverse effects. Best you can do now is eat healthy, stay active, avoid alcohol, drugs and smoking. If you take care of yourself, you will be good until your 40s.

    • @Dr.SeanSong
      @Dr.SeanSong  Місяць тому +1

      Thank you for asking. Here are the updates on my family members:
      41 (M): Not much noticeable difference. Initially, I felt less tired and more refreshed in the morning, but now it seems uncertain.
      60 (F), Pre-diabetic: Her HbA1c decreased from 5.8 to 5.3, but she was also more careful with her diet, so it's hard to attribute the change solely to AKG. She mentioned her skin looks better and her makeup absorbs better (not sure what she means by this). She wants to keep taking it.
      63 (M), Diabetic: No changes in diabetes, no noticeable differences.
      65 (M), Diabetic: No changes in diabetes, but he feels more energetic and has better sleep quality. Because he feels more energetic, he has been able to exercise more.

      Ascorbic acid is what I used with AKG I made, for supplementing and in my home cosmetics. If it helps, ppl think I'm a teen, I have a preteen and two preschoolers, and everyone thinks I'm their sister. I had my kids pretty late. 😅 It's the best feeling when they see my ID at the bar or try to convince themselves it's fake. They did it on my bday a year ago and Ill admit, I enjoyed it. avoid alcohol, it's really bad for aging.
      P.s. I have an autoimmune disease and so does my mom. It made us go in remission!

    There are some derivates from this supplement, one is AAKG ( Arginin) ,another is coupled with Calcium so which of them is more potent, and what are the benefits of this derivates in comparation with the pure AKG

    • @Dr.SeanSong
      @Dr.SeanSong  6 місяців тому +6

      The main difference between them lies in their composition and potential effects. As I mentioned in the video, AAKG provides arginine, an amino acid involved in nitric oxide (NO) production, which may support vasodilation and blood flow, potentially benefiting exercise performance and muscle growth. On the other hand, calcium AKG primarily provides alpha-ketoglutarate, which plays a role in the citric acid cycle, supporting energy production and metabolism. Hope this helps!
