Why does Indogo Air use sloppy elevator to reach the airkraft? It is not good for knee & back of elderly travellers.They should use normal stair ladder.

Indigo flight is very comfortable, but we have a bad experience, 2,oc we reached Dubai from ranchi, our luggage booked direct ranchi airport to Dubai, but at Dubai Airport our one luggage came last after waiting 30 ,in hotels we noticed our box lock was broken ,they searched for cash and jewelry but when they didn't found it,our clothes smashed ,so please aware
