Man ive poked my fingers so much from maintaining my dreads there super hard now lol. Worst is when you catch yourself in the cuticle in your nail, ive straight thrown my crochet needle across the room after a good jab....

Purple would look great! Plus it comes out easier than greens/blues if she gets tired of it or wants to change it to another color. Every time I have used blue or green on my bleached hair/processed hair I've always had to bleach it again to get it out. Pink or magenta came out well too.

I love you're such an innovator with hair. Thanks for showing how to maintain straight haired dreads. I will be probably trying to fix my homeboys hair because the loctitican he has isn't listening to what he wants and is paying a lot often and they still look bad and super messy and undone. He's Hispanic and feels she lied about knowing how to do straight haired dreads or she straight been hustling him.

I have a question. When I had my dreads, for the whispies, I would wrap it around the dread until it became apart of the dread and would proceed to crochet it together. Are both methods appropriate?

Hey I'm trying this for the first time on my own hair I'm just doing the bottom like you're doing to your girlfriend's my question is how long do you wait until you crochet it to make it look better do you like wait a couple days to see how they turn out while you're sleeping and do you also rub like any type of like coconut oil on them or any type of stuff to keep them looking like nice cuz I don't want mine to look frizzy I want them to look nice and you know taken care of

Hi have u ever tried a felting needle instead of a crochet hook? Great video tfs x
felting needles shred the hair vs a crochet hook actually pulls the hair through and then breaks off. felting needles shred the hair before it even gets pulled to the center of the dread
