What I’ve found refreshing in this game: there’s no picking shit up from the ground. No inventory to manage. No crafting. Yes, it can be that simple sometimes.
No Inventory to manage, no crafting, no meaning equipment upgrade all mean a dumbed down, stupid platformer.

Those poor stormtroopers. I keep thinking about their poor mothers. Probably a fridge covered with photos of "lil Jonny goes to school", "lil Johnny goes to prom", "lil Johnny joins ROTC", etc. etc. And then she gets bits and pieces of lil Jonny back because clearly some maniac sliced and diced her only son with a thermal cutter.

Game is 6.50 on steam now. Picked it up and played it on this review. Great game really, especially at this price. I picked up titanfall 2 at this price and it feels like the same value for fun game play.
$3.99 on steam spring sale. Watching this review while i wait for download, lol

It is interesting that people would be upset that the main story of the game is only roughly 10 hours.
For me, I love that. That is a selling point. I would gladly pay a premium for shorter games, which cut out much of the grinding and unnecessary content.
I try to play mini games, but when I see a game is 40+ hours immediately tune out. There are very few games I would have the patience to play for that length of time. Cyber punk was one of the few longer games I really enjoyed.
I saw that this is $10 now in Steam. Thanks for your review I am definitely buying it.

I was a huge fan of the titanfall games theres a lot of their design reminicent on this game i really liked, its like a mix of sekiro and god of war 2018

Great review. The game was fun. Combat was ok altough a bit generic. Melee combat is really hard to do well but i really hope we can go back to Jedi Outcast/Jedi academy style fights. Or adapting melee focused mechanics from chivalry/mordhau to a star wars setting.
I wish it had fast travel I’m the type of player that like to explore every room and man I get lost so much a tiny crevices leads to a tomb taking me hours on some side quest I don’t even need to be doing 😛
This game is $15 on the Playstation store.
There are few things that need polishing like framerate issues on older gen, button delay makes combat feel clunky at times but when it works its as fun as sekiro's combat, no fast travel (wtf) The map wasnt horrible but can be confusing especially backtracking to areas that show no way to actually get to them without looking it up online, I think a hood or a sash would of been a better choice than a poncho but at least you can take it off, sometimes it feels like the puzzles take up the majority of your time with not enough action but as an uncharted fan I found them enjoyable. Not perfect but fun and will scratch that star wars itch. I'm really excited for part 2 to see what will be refined and expanded, its really not far off from being an amazing game with its top notch characters, planets, combat. If you have enough patience it'll have you wanting more.
The only thing why I still didnt buy this game and probably never will its because there is no limb cutting on stormtroopers and since I am not a huge star wars fan I can live without it :)
The cosmetics in this game were pretty dumb. Like why even. And that damn poncho was always ugly. Really disliked the respawning enemies on rest.
