Not only one of the best singers/crooners, but also a very amicable man with a good sense of humour and he has the secret of eternal youth 🙂
Loved him back in the 70’s and 80’s. So many rock legends.... no one compares today what we used to have ❤️

Rod Stewart is so suave.I understand his appeal to the ladies.But, man that voice is one of a kind.First song I ever heard was Maggie Mae when I was a little boy.It was the most perfect song I had ever heard in my young life.Over the years I discovered so much of his work.Admittedly,I’m still partial to his early work solo and with Faces.I’m a rocker at heart and that body of work is perfection.Fourty years latter and Maggie Mae still gives me the goosebumps.
He is my favorite artist of all time,I deeply love him,and all and everything he has wrote,and sang.There will never,ever be another ROD STEWERT!
Rod Stewart amazing guy the love from his parents who were born in Scotland and the thing which was the best ,my dad gave me the strength and the love for Scotland even though he was born in London,and he was so pissed of he wasn't born in Scotland. Thats why bagpipes are plad in songs and like his dad a member of Glasgow Celtic football club

Was never a fan until someone gave me a 4th row center ticket for one of his concerts. I couldn’t believe the sex appeal that oozed from him on that stage! Completely changed my feelings about him. Yes, Rod, you’re sexy!!

I have been a fan since 1972, have gone to maybe 30 (at least) concerts, and he never disappoints!! I have never been to a bad concert of his. Rod, well done, Mate❣

My wife and I saw Rod in Vegas. Oh my God, what a show best I have ever seen. And what an incredible band. And Rod can sing, and what a fabulous performance I will never forget.
Thanks for the upload. There's something so likeable about Rod. Despite his complicated love life none of his ex-wives have ever had a bad word to say about him and neither have his many children. I love that comment from Rod's sister - "Dad said to him, why don't you get a proper job?". The dads of so many of our famous rockers have said this. Keep rocking Rod.

I loved Rod’s rock music and I have most of his albums from way back to his early beginnings. My teenage so bought me almost every album Rod did. When he recorded his American song book album, I loved it more. And Every songbook album, I just had to have. At 85, I finally got to see a live Rod Stewart in concert. I enjoyed every song he did. My favorite is his signature songs; “Maggie Mae and Do Ya Think I’m Sexy.” With Roku, I can enjoy Rod’s concerts on a 60 inch TV surround sound theater system. I watch the oldies and his American son books albums, as well. Thank God for Rod Steward, his music and the technology to have him in my living room and my Vehicle to brighten my day or evening. Last, but not least, I enjoyed this interview. Thank you. Beautifully done.
I loved him in the 70's, but one day I walked into a flower shop and heard his voice singing "Someone to Watch Over Me" and it blew me away. I asked the clerk about it and immediately went out and bought the CD. He's still one of my all time favorites & I could listen to his voice all day. This interview is wonderful, what a charmer he is......thank you Piers Morgan.

I just adore Sir Roddy and his family. Penny is so beautiful and appears to be such a very loving and caring Lady! I'm glad Roddy finally met the one woman he was searching for to spend the rest of his life with. His daughter Ruby certainly is beautiful also, plus she favors her Dad the most in my opinion, and has a wonderful voice. I love to hear her sing with her Dad! ❤

@BS-pd9hk No ,Rods children vet all his girlfriends and rod himself is very leary of gold diggers and has been for a long time .She came from a well to do family .Her father was a prominent lawyer ...She's not a gold digger, never was ,she's the real deal and she has brought Rods children together for him.Not one of them has anything bad to say about Penny .

Rod is a reAlly good Jazz singer . When I 1st heard him sing a jazz song I was WOW❗Who woulda thunk❗ My sister in law was & is still, one of his biggest fans. A friend of ours who lives in L.A. is an artist. She had him draw a portrait of Rod then she had it professionally framed. She took it to one of Rods concerts & was actually able to give it to him. It was a Beautiful portrait, I hope he has it up in one of his mansions 😊
How could anyone, especially a female, not fall for Rod Stewart? Have been to quite a few of his concerts and you know, you may forget just where you did so but......you never forget that he was Rod Stewart. He still is my favorite musician.... and always will be. Am so glad he met and married Penny....it gave him a more permanent point of reference....he became the type of person who could acknowledge the value of inner stability and togetherness. Yet, he is still fun to watch as he performs while he bowls you over with his raspy voice and irreverent humor.

Between my son's sense of humor (telling the doctor that if he would have done the surgery when he was younger he could hear better now) and your music I got through a very bad time. Saw Rod live in the mid 70s!! Such a great show!! Have a bunch of his early albums and later ones!! Love Rod and his unique voice and style! A true class act!!
Was too young to see him in the 70`s but saw him 2 years ago with my daughter he still has it!
That was a Great interview also.Rod is so down to earth. I have attended so many of his concerts I lost count. He never disappoints.It is like going to a party with him. He is very honest about his young life. Yet still showing so much respect for his previous wives & his present wife Penny. He is a good father, you can tell that he loves them very much.HE does have that charisma that lights up a room.

As I ran across this interview I had to stop because Boy George looked so nice as if he had grown up, so to speak. After listening for a while I had to share this with a friend of mine. I always liked the quirkiness of Boy George. I am so happy for him, his recovery and how his life has turned around. He is a true talent because despite his absences his fans are still there. That is such a blessing. I pray for his continued sobriety and success in his career. Thank God that he has the much-needed support of his family and friends.
No one compares to Sir Rod. Not from the 70-80s or more recently The Great American Song Books. Top notch. And yes, Sir Rod, I think you are sexy and actually more so with age.

Yeah, right?! It doesn't say less about his love it says more about his having a healthier, more positive outlook on life.
Actually, that has probably been a much healthier way to get over broken relationships rather than other alternatives. Whining in the press about broken relationship is simply attention-seeking. Nothing is more attention-seeking than going from talk show host to talk show host crying the blues. I have always admired Rod because he didn't cry about his personal life and NEVER said anything negative about his broken relationships.
At the same time, he always focused on publishing new material to let his fans know that he was focused on appearing in public once again. I hope Lady Luck looks him up once again and carries him forward to even greater accolades.

About 10 years ago I was driving down a desolate road in NFLD early one Sunday during a huge rain storm. I couldn’t get any radio stations except one a AM station out of St. John’s. Rod was suppose to do a concert there that night and couldn’t get in because of fog. He gave that broadcaster a whole hour of his time with a very off the cuff candid interview. Lucky me. It got me where I was going on a white knuckle drive. It certainly relaxed me. I couldn’t help thinking how humble he was to this unknown AM Station. Anyhow that’s a memory of mine & Rod Stewart.
That bad boy image , was and is his trade mark , just love his voice , and is a surviver , thank God so much talent has been lost to drug abuse

I own all of his American Songbook albums and they are fantastic! Most of the songs are from my grandparents era with a few from my parents era and yet I love them lol
Even my grandson who is only 8 loves them! lol He says that he likes that he and I can both sing along to them so more often than not that’s what he chooses for when we are out in my truck or fishing. It’s rather strange though when we are in a boat on a high mountain lake fishing rods in hand and those albums playing over our portable speakers lol. I’m so glad that he has a natural ear for good music.

Absolutely love his singing in 1976 to 78 I was working the door at the nightclub galleon in Bergen and his song sailing went to number one at least I think that was it and the band came to the club for a while but the law was very strict at that time so they had to leave at midnight
