    Another fantastic workout, thanks so much for continuing to post on UA-cam. I have now been dong your workouts for 71/2 years, now aged 52 and never missed a week, long may this continue! You have had such an incredible and positive impact on my physical and mental wellbeing - forever grateful - you are the best!

    I found that so hard.. 15 second rest is a killer. Had to regularly stop the video for and extra 10 to 15 seconds
