Keep up the good work Lynden. I am sure that you don't realise the importance & weight of your contribution to everyday people understanding music. Kev (from a hotel room in Italy)
Yes Yes Yes! As a 64 year old with only 3 years of tenor sax behind me, I have often approached scales and found myself finding more interesting things to do. Along with your triad scales and this video, you have helped me apply and understand the point of it all. Subscribed and bought you a coffee. Thank you Lynden from Australia.
Hey Lynden. Just noticed how nice the ambiance lights you have behind you. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and including your humour in it. Engaging and informative at the same time! Very helpful!
Hello Lynden, you are speaking my mind, thank you once again for the vdo, yet another useful lesson.. ❤ It is o soothing to hear when you play and also you make it very interesting with examples.
Hi lynden, very nice video as always ! I have a need about your reverb setup. As I have the same mixer than you i would like to know the fours orange knobs setup (mic send, effect type, effect variation and effect send to main) ? Thanks a lot .
Hiya, actually for these recordings I’m going through Logic Pro but on your mixer have a look for the FX button and switch the effects section on to large hall 🤝🤝😎😎🎷🎷
Hello Lynden, thanks for your channel. I’m new here and I’m learning from you, thanks. Is it possible to share your mic and sound setup? I’d like to hear what I’m sounding like now that I’m getting a handle on playing my chord/scales from your videos. Regards, Gary
Hi Lyndon, question about difference between play an alto v tenor sax. I have been playing the alto (yamaha 480) for 3 years now and was wondering at what stage of learning is it okay to try/learn on another sax? Cheers Colin
Hi Colin, I’d suggest getting the best sax you can afford pretty much anytime. It’s going to motivate you to play, be gorgeous to own and I can’t see what the downside is really. So go for it!! 🤝🤝😎😎🎷🎷
Hi, I just want to say that I really really really really really really like your channel and everything that you present is really really really really really good.. However, I really really really really really really really really really really really HATE how often you use the words “REALLY” and “GORGEOUS”so if you tone that down then you’ll have it pretty much perfect. 👍🎶🎼🎷
Hi there, thanks for your feedback and you’re absolutely right, I do over use those words. My videos are unscripted and so that’s just the way I actually speak but I’ll take on board what you’ve said and really, really try not to say how really gorgeous these gorgeous sounds are! 🤝🤝🎷🎷😎😎
