    Hi i tried your recipe but it didnt work for me ☹️ follwed everything according to how u show in video. But when I'm trying to pipe it through a murukku gun its coming out with some liquid and breaking. Would appreciate it if you could tell me were i went wrong thanks God bless you

      Heys I’m not sure…maybe you added too much water…I added the water half cup at a time and stirred

      Looks so good. I must try your recipe. I do have a murku machine and it's years lying in the cupboard and never used it once. Will keep you posted. Thanks for sharing.

    Hi why does the murkoo get soft after keeping it overnight

      Not this one, I still have some and it’s just over 2 weeks, I think if you make it with maize then it gets soft, I used rice flour and it still stays fresh. Just keep it in an airtight container once they have cooled on paper towels

    Why are adding BKP and BS for? Usually muruku they'll nor add all this agening?

      @@dmeshdashing9679 Baking powder & baking soda is used to increase the volume and lighten the texture.
      It works by releasing carbon dioxide gas into a batter or dough through an acid-base reaction, causing bubbles in the wet mixture to expand and thus leavening the mixture.
      These ingredients are what work for me, if you choose not to use them then it may not result in what I achieved. If you have a different recipe that works for you then you are free to stick to that 👍🏼
