INGREDIENTS:
* Rice Flour(चावल का आटा) - 4 Bowl/Cup
* Roasted Gram Flour(भुने चने का आटा) - 1 Bowl/Cup
* Refined Oil(रिफाइंड तेल) - 1/2 Bowl/Cup
* Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
* Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
* Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1 Tsp
* White Sesame Seeds(सफेद तिल) - 2-3 Spoon
* Asafoetida/Hing Powder(हींग पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp
* Red Chilli Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
* Warm Water(गर्म पानी) - 1/2 Bowl/Cup
* Oil(तेल) - For Frying
RECIPE:
Take a big parat & put Rice Flour & Roasted Gram Flour by sieving them. Then add some Refined Oil, Turmeric Powder, Salt to taste, Cumin Seeds, White Sesame Seeds, Asafoetida Powder & Red Chilli Powder & bind the dough by adding warm Water gradually. Then cover the dough with a wet napkin & give the rest for 15 to 20 minutes. If required, add some more water & knead well. Then grease the Chakli Maker with Oil & put Dough in it & make Chakli on butter paper. Fry them in the medium heated Oil until they get golden in color. In this way, Healthy Rice Flour Chakli will get ready.
