Absolutely! The only thing I didn't get consistently was picking up the soap since I already got all of the achievements. Overall, it's 100% with all secrets and kills. Timestamps of every level are in the description. 😊
In my opinion, it is a much easier movement system than Quake. Pretty simple but really satisfying. You can already move pretty fast on lower FOV but on higher, it just looks faster. Even more chaotic in the multiplayer which I suck at haha.

Basically armor, yeah. You'll still take damage but not as much with morale.
