The headaches are probably because you actually ate far far fewer calories than you usually did and cuz your body's adapting to no meat. I had similar problems when I did Keto. 1 week and I felt fucking awful the whole time.

I like meatloaf with a crunchy crust and a bit dryer. You can also form patties with the same ingredients and pan fry them. At least, that's how I make it.

I love meatloaf, you can just put ketchup on the top about 20-30 min before taking it out and it gets a nice glaze texture. I also chop up green bell pepper into small bits and it goes great in the meatloaf too. Makes great sandwiches with the leftovers too lol
Tip for meatloaf: "Overmix" it until it's like a paste. The meatloaf in this video is very crumbly and brittle, and it's hard to pierce with a fork. That's why Ben drops a few of his bites throughout the video. But if you overmix it a bit, you get a very structured yet soft meatloaf, that you can easily pierce with a fork without it crumbling. No , overmixing makes it tough, chewy and dense UNLESS you use tons of moisture, plenty of eggs. The prefect meatloaf is mixing all your ingredients before hand then FOLDING it into the meat, Tender every time.

Enjoy it man! - A great meatloaf recipe 1 pound ground beef Chopped, onions, red bell peppers, celery and some breadcrumbs. Combine and cook at 400 for about an hour or so. Use some tomato sauce and tomato paste to thicken and just a little sugar, mix together put on top of the meat loaf, about ten minutes before the meatloaf is done cooking!
Aye Been add more eggs next time. Cook the meat solo dolo then mix Ketchup and BBQ sauce. And cook that on top for the last 10 minutes. Will change your life. Kudos for smashing an entire meatloaf tho!
Ben I really think it’s because of what you were eating.. there’s lot of fulfilling meals that are delicious and vegetarian. I’ll say tho, I love cooking so maybe if I ate out a bunch id feel the same as you idk
Just eat meat. So much easier instead of having to use 10-20 damn ingredients to make your garbage vegetarian food. The only place that has really actual good veg food would be in India/Indosia, places like those where they have ingredients you can't find in many other countries.
