It occurred to me R breitowitz having remembered a past shiur on this topic, your humility is a good middah and makes your having had some level of university education not such a big concern of that being a polluting factor in paskening halacha in my non-expert, non halachic opinion.

There is no commandment that prevents Noahides from sacrificing on the Temple Mount other than being purified by the ashes of the Red Heifer. If there are no priests present on the Temple Mount to conduct the sacrifice, the Noahide can do it himself, just like Noah after the Flood.

Yes, there is a prohibition against bringing corban right now until the Temple is re-built and according to Rambam, when the Moshiach comes, sacrifices will be substituted by bringing spices (not everyone agrees). Praying on the Dome of the Rock is strictly forbidden for any Jew which is why there is a Mosque there now.
Would you come up with this nonsense, there’s a mask there on the temple mount because the Muslims invaded and occupied the land choosing to take and build the mask on our holy spot. And Jews can pray on the temple, Mount, we just can’t go to the holy holies, but the temple is no longer there, so even that’s debatable.
